Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at this ground neutral bonded plug. This is going to be for your generators that have a floating neutral. This will prevent any of the open ground or open neutral error faults that sometimes result from that floating neutral on your generator. This will plug right into a 15 amp AC socket on the generator, and it is going to bond your neutral and your ground together to help prevent those error faults so that you can get power to your RV again. This is right about one and a half inches in diameter by two inches long, not counting the prongs there.
And so it's really not going to take up much room. You can have it permanently installed on your generator. You're not going to have to worry about removing it because of space issues or anything like that. So a really nice little simple solution to fix that open neutral or open ground problem with your generator. So it's going to complete our work for it today.

This product saved me! I had just bought an expensive Honda EU3000is generator and I found that it wasn’t working with my high efficiency furnace. Only the fan would come on without the burner. Come to find out the generator has a floating neutral. I plugged this baby into one of the outlets on the generator, ran a chord out of the other to the furnace and what do you know the bonded signal did the trick! Furnace runs like a champ. Very happy!

Product is great, works well. The customer service was outstanding! Through no fault of etrailer, or mine, the post office did not deliver the first package. USPS said it was delivered, but it did not show up. When I emailed to discuss the situation,, Mackenzi responded quickly with procedure. I did have to file a police report since USPS said it was delivered, which is understandable, but a second package was shipped quickly. Again, not their fault, but they responded quickly and professionally, which is what impressed me.

I received the Ground/Neutral bonded plug, two days after purchase. awesome!!! I plugged it into my generator and my travel trailer got the electricity to run through my Watchdog surge protector with no error codes (E7). Thanks. I will continue to buy from etrailer for all my RVing needs,

This item was purchased so we were prepared to use our generator in certain situations. Upon arrival tried adapter and it worked well.

My newer furnace has grounding protection, with this in place I can run my heat during a winter power outage without issue using my generator. For those with generators have your furnace wired in a way that you can plug It in by wall outlet. One extension cord and we were set.
