The one I got is somewhat loose in the new Chevy I have, so I don't know if the ball is undersize or the truck is oversize. I guess I need to look for some specs somewhere. Otherwise the parts look great. Hope to be using them soon. Nice to have a good carrying case, so I store these hitch parts in the camper until I use them.

This was SOOOOO easy to install... I love the case. It keeps any dirt or grease from the hitch ball from getting all over everything in the back of the truck. The black ball cover does the same thing, if you want to leave the ball installed. The safety chain kit goes in so easily. LOVE IT !!!
This is an awesome product and easy to use. The storage case it comes with is a plus! Would definitely recommend.
Cesar - 04/05/2023This is a great quality product. We had the dealer provided competitive brand for a while not but it was messy and a little hard to take out of the truck for me. I wanted something easy to install and easy to stow away. This set is super easy and secure in the truck( Silverado 3500) wish I would have bought it the first time!! A little more expensive than the other brands but it is a way better setup and well worth it. I haul pipe on a 32 foot flat bed and regularly use a dump trailer and this ball is great. Wish it came with more rubber caps when not in the truck though. That’s the only negative
The Fifth wheel adaptor rails and the B & W gooseneck Ball are all great and work fine

This is very well made and the carrying case is a bonus. Just like everything else I have bought from B&W. The handle is odd but highly functional compared to the previous OEM hitch I once had. I love this company and all of their stuff is 1st class
Great experience and love my B&W Ball and Chain Gooseneck Hitch. As smooth as a ride you can get pulling a 43' 5th wheel camper and easy to connect to the ball.
The B&W Ball and Chain Goose neck Hitch works GREAT for hooking up a 5th wheel with a goose neck hitch. The 5th wheel goose neck hitch I use in the GEN-Y Model GN-8045AL.
Exactly what I was looking for. Gooseneck ball that is taller than OEM.
So far hitch works great seems a little loose when you move it around compared to my other goosenecks I had in the past
Regarding the product, this kit is the best; however, this particular order was not for my truck so I had to return for exchange of correct item for Ram. I've been long time customer of etrailer and live locally to where the company is located. My trailers are stored at a location where I pretty much have to drive by the etrailer distribution warehouse on my way. etrailer would not allow me to simply stop by as I always had been able to in the past to exchange the ball kit. I had to pay for shipping this one back and had to wait several days to get the correct one. I have not done any business with etrailer since this time ... and don't know if I ever will since this was not the only problem with the order.

The is the best ball on the market for the puck system, don't have to worry about getting Greese on your hands because of the handle the B&W puts on the ball hitch. Glad I chose this set.

Great hitch! I love that it is about 1 and a half inches higher that any of my other hitches. This gives me extra bed clearance. Also it is easy to take in and out of the truck.

Easy to use and store. Leave your bed free of clutter and throw those golf clubs in the back when you go camping. There is no need even to wipe the ball from the grease. Just flip the handle and gently put it back in the carriage box.
The B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit is very well made, and best of all, Made in the USA! I chose this ball over the competitors for two reasons, the ability to remove without getting grease all over my hand, and because it's made domestically. Thank you Etrailer for being here for my trailer needs.

B&W makes great products. I'm very happy with the gooseneck ball and safety chain attachment points. I had their 1st gen. gooseneck ball on an old truck that didn't have the handle, and it's sure nice to have a handle.
I like the case for storing it under my rear seat. The ball and puks are great quality. The locking systems work great.

Star rating: would give 6 stars for excellence +, but, alas, I am stuck with 5 being the max. rating. This may sound overly enthusiastic, as it is often better to leave room for improvement, but with you guys everything is so well documented and explained in the videos on the web, it's like I'm right there on the premises talking to an etrailer tech... so the entire shopping experience feels like this perfect package. Leaves me with nothing but to say, keep up the excellent work.
This has worked very good for me. Easy to use and works fine with the 5th wheel hitch I have. This makes it easier taking my hitch out and didn't have to have brackets installed in my truck. Leaves the bed flat for other uses. Had a lot of good help from everyone I talked to at etrailer.
Easy to install, corrosion free, excellent storage case, keeps the truck bed usable when kit not in use. Currently used with Reese Goosebox on my Keystone Montana Fifth Wheel. Because the ball is a bit higher than standard be sure to adjust height you install the Reese Goosebox so trailer is level when hitched. I did not but, satisfied with extra clearance to truck bed rail it provides.
