1. The kit is stupid-easy to use.
2. It locks in solid and works great for pulling my equipment trailers and 28 foot stock trailer.
3. It gets out of my way (back in the box!) when I don’t need it.
In the past I have used the Curt brand which actually worked fine, but this product addresses several annoying issues. Like lifting the locking mechanism with the large handle instead of a small little tab, which then can be used to twist if needed and pull the ball out. and the chain hooks are smaller and are simple to lock down without a pin held down with a spring clip, which sometimes would pinch you. similar in price and really the best that I have seen on the marker...AAA+++++
This system works great. It is easy to use, can be taken out or installed in minutes and locked in your truck, in its own box with no rattling.
This is more for the etrailer people - Super helpful customer service. Thanks to everyone to helped me find the right ball and safety chain kit for my truck. I ended up having success with the Curt brand and you made the return on the B&W smooth. I appreciate the help, felt a bit more like I was shopping locally with people I knew, instead of online. Great service at a very competitive price. The B&W products are absolutely top of the line. locking mechanism on the ball and on the safety chain latch are very well thought out and easy to use.
I previously owned a B&W hitch in my last truck which was awesome quality. I got my new truck with the factory gooseneck prep and it was a no brainer to order a B&W ball for it. The quality is amazing and it arrived days before it was supposed to.
Very high-quality and fits the 2022 Ram pre-installed Under bed hitch perfectly.
The Gooseneck hitch that I received had already been opened and obviously was somebody elses return. Spent over $[XX] and received someones return. It appears not to have pulled a trailer but was inserted into someones truck recepter by the visible dirt and even the rubber cover insert is dirty.
Did not expect that from etrailer.

This was an easy one.
No nonsense ordering with fast and free shipping. This comes in box for storage when not in use.
Perfect fit for my 2024 Ram 3500 with factory spray on bedliner. The best thing is, no more grease on my hands or gloves. Looks and feels solid with a 30,000lbs rating.
I've used B&W before, and all I can say is there is a reason they are the most used in the industry.
Well made, ball is bare of mechanism for full contact with hitch, reasonable price.
Solid hitch, well made, purchased specifically for the ability to support a medium size fifth wheel trailer but easily removed from the truck bed when not needed.
Very impressed with the quality of this product. It fits perfectly in my Ram puck system with no slop or play.

Ball is easy to install/remove. Works great with my gooseneck hitch.
Definitely better than Curt’s little tab lock , having the big locking handle makes all the difference.
We have had great experience with eTrailer, These parts came in as described.
Of the puck options for Ram's to me this one looked best. Straight forward to use and chain hooks fit unlike some other versions. Only reason not 5 stars is I dislike all the internal parts that hopefully won't rust up.

What a great product. I love the carrying case it came with easy to store in my truck box.
Seems very well made and I love the little storage box that comes with it.
I definitely like it better than the brands! The Handle makes it so easy to install and remove! Definitely the Best design I’ve seen for the factory installed gooseneck! I’ve never had an issue with removing or installing the after owning it for one year.
