I bought this in conjunction with the Curt Double Lock Flip and Store. One thing that I thought would be helpful was the template for locating the 4 inch hole in the bed. The first template was bent due to poor packaging or poor handling of the package by the shipper and the replacement was delivered in good shape - problem is the template(s) are sized wrong and CANNOT BE USED.
The first set of bars that were delivered had a problem with the threads in a couple of places - not just paint in the threads. E-Trailer immediately replaced both bars along with the template and a couple of new bolts.
I did the install with the truck sitting on the ground which made things difficult - mainly lifting and installing the center section and having enough room to use the torque wrench (110 lbs on the small bolts and 210 lbs on the larger bolts).
So.... 4 stars - because of a couple of quality issues and incorrect size of the template as well as packaging.677509

Easy to install on my 2014 gmc sierra 3500 4x2 crew cab long bed. It positioned the ball a little bit further forward than I was expecting but everything lined up great with the curt double lock gooseneck and truck frame holes.1470458

Fit my 2012 GMC 2500 as advertised. Had professional look when completed. Took me about 5 hours by myself, for complete install. With some minimal help the time would have easly been less than 4. Installing the U-bolt springs took the longest. (Short arms didn't help) should be an included tool to hold washers and springs together.
Thumbs up to service department, box came ripped open and one part missing, emailed CS and had my part in two days. Very happy with my experience.578678

Easy to install following instructions. Didn't have to loosen bed or mod anything on my 01 f-250. I put the rear cross member in front of rear tire and used a hammer to tap it back into position. I love e trailer and will definitely be using them again!824433
