Assembling the rack and understanding how to adjust it to my 2 bikes took some time (disassembling and reassembling was part of the process). But once set-up, it is very convenient and easy to use. It took several weeks to be delivered, so be patient. I would definitely recommend this rack which is really good value for money. 900515

I chose this bike rack based on recommendations from my RV group. It was easy to assemble and holds my 26” mountain bike snuggly. I haven’t traveled with it yet, so I have no feedback on that subject, but so far so good! 898132

Haven't used it yet, but it appears very sturdy. Simple design; easy to assemble. 867411

Assembly instructions were clear but assembly was time consuming. Rack appears sturdy and holds bikes securely. It does interfere with the backup camera because the camera thinks it's another object not attached to the car. When reversing, the camera is constantly warning me that I'm about to hit something. Despite that, I can see what's behind me on the camera and the guidelines for the vehicle's track still work. I expected some problems with the camera but hoped that the wing configuration would avoid that. I do think it would be worse with a single post up the the middle. Loading the bikes is easy and straightforward. On the whole, I'm pleased. The tilt mechanism allows the rack to fold parallel to the ground which makes for very easy loading into the cargo area. Shipping was faster than promised and product arrived in good shape. 862719

I can say that this rack is quite sturdy. It came quickly. 3/16 steel tubing. I modified it slightly to carry a bow case on the back of my atv. Yeah I know I killed the warranty. When I showed it to a friend he thought I should go into the business of making bow racks using this bike rack. I like that it folds down. Makes it a lot easier to access my bow. 851757

Excellent product. Wanted a light weight carrier. This disassembles very easily so you can put it in your trunk while biking. We carry 2 e-bikes on a convertible with it. We remove the seats and battery to keep the weight below the 80 lb recommended weight. 690241

I installed and it seems to be sturdy. It’s a good value bike rack. 678339

It has worked fine except the plastics where the wheels rest has worn out. LII replaced quickly.

Item fits both 2” & 1 1/4” Reese hitches, so it can be utilized by either of our vehicles. It has a removable pin that allows it to quickly pivot outward away from trunk or rear hatchback. That makes it convenient to access other vehicle items. I also like the simplicity of its rubber secure straps that stretch over bicycle tires. I did add a set of rear lights to its base to help other drivers know when we are braking, turning, etc.. It had limited reflective tap only at its rear base, so I added more reflective tape to each of its outer vertical supports so any adjacent nighttime drivers could see it better. 677754

Still using it & it continues to offer great service. It’s travelled 5000+ miles & has had no issues.
Hiker-Biker - 07/29/2020

Great product for the money. It does the job for sure. The tilt feature is very good. We are enjoying it. 674559

Very good!

This one is too hard to load and unload. I woul not buy it again ever. 672835

Worked perfectly and was a great solution for carrying 2 bikes. I used it with the Stromberg Carlson Bike Bunk and was very easy to install. It keeps the bikes high enough so they don't interfere with the tow vehicle and in full view while driving. The only downside is getting the inside bike off and on which takes a little effort to lift over the rack but not a real issue IMO. I'm very happy with the product and would definitely recommend it. 650192

So far, I'm happy with my Lets Go Aero Bikewing 2 Bike Rack on my Class 1 1-1/4 Hitch on my 2018 Ford Focus Hatchback for ONE bicycle; however, I have not tried to load TWO bicycles by myself. I like ... - that it's modular, so I can put it together one piece at a time. I'm a small 55-year-old female who likes to take my bicycle to work on nice days (my jobs are near the Great Allegany Passageway) to get my exercise in. -The part that inserts into the hitch and the two wings are very lightweight taken apart. -When I'm only using it for one bicycle, I can take the accouterments for the second bicycle off to prevent them from being lost or stolen. -that I can put different types of bikes on without conversion bars. I have female bikes, and my grandsons will have small bikes as they get old enough to come with me. -that I can hang the bike myself (rear wheel first works best) and secure it quickly. -that I can still open my hatchback with one bike on it without even having to tilt it. -that I can take it off easily by myself (front wheel first works best). -that I can quickly take the wings off and stow them in my hatchback to prevent them from being stolen. I do not like -that the wingless part that protrudes from the hitch sticks out so far, but that's the price you pay to keep the bikes from hitting your car and for being able to get into your hatch without tilting the rack. -that the wingless part could be stolen. -that I don't think I could tilt the rack with one bicycle on it (not much of an issue when I can open my hatch without tilting it) and wouldn't even try with two on it (not much of an issue if the second person is there to help). the missing apostrophe in "Lets," but I can pretend that's poetic license :-). I may add something about two bikes later. 650161

Works very well easy to use. 647585

A good bike rack that is easy to put on and remove from the car. The rack is also adjustable and can fit many different sized bikes. The pins which hold the wheel cradles are too loose and one of the unused ones fell out while I was transporting one bike. I replaced these pins with ring cotter pins and I haven't had that issue since then. 644416

Used this bike rack on our Lexus GX460 to carry two bikes from northern Ohio to SW Florida and back. Bikes stayed tight the whole way with no issues. Very little wobble on the hitch. 643982

For the price, this is excellent. We’ve been full time RVing for the last year and it’s been on the front of my truck when we move and then sitting outside when we’re not. Totally susceptible to mother nature’s fury. No issues except for very minor surface corrosion on an edge or two. 624250

It’s been two years holding 2 bikes mounted on the front of my pickup. Full time RVing and on our travel days the bikes and rack take abuse from bouncing and the weather and seems to still be going strong!

The delivery of the Lets Go Aero Bike Wing was a day earlier than was originally stated which was great. Putting the Bike Wing together was simple. Unloading the bikes was a little trickier than loading but with time I believe it will become easier. My wife followed me as we were on the way to our camping location. She said the bikes (both mountain bikes) only shook a little even when going over railroad tracks and a rough concrete portion of the interstate. The bikes were still secured when we arrived at our destination. We use the Bike Wing in the factory installed 1 1/4 inch rack of our 42’ Chaparral fifth wheel. 616836

I received my bike rack just two days ago. It was easy to set up and install on my trailer. The service I received while ordering was knowledgeable and very helpful. 614356

Nice product. I wanted something sturdy to carry our two bikes. I liked that this one hangs the bikes from the tires and not the crossbar because our bikes are different styles. This one works great! 610482

Can not wait to take this on my RV camping trips! 593577

This bike rack is a great option. I love the fact that it is so much lighter than some of the other racks I have had. It’s a snap to attach or disconnect. I like the mounting system- sturdy and easy to adjust for different bike models. I give it 5 stars. 577671

I would not recommend the Aero.Mounting the bikes is very difficult.Esp. the inner one.My car's trunk got scratched trying to mount the bike onto the Aero. 562799

Nice product! 554462

The first box I received had been opened while in transit and the unit looked like it had been used. I contacted etrailer and they sent me a new unit right away and a UPS label to return the other. Without question. Now that's good customer service! The new one came and I was able to assemble it easily following the provided directions. Since it comes in 3 parts, it is very easy for me to put in the hitch on my car and then add the 2 'arms' one at a time. Being almost 60 and female, I was concerned about the weight of some of the other racks I considered purchasing. This one is easy to install and use! I did have to work with the adjustments of the brackets on the arms to get them just right for my bike, but once done, I haven't had to touch them again. I have only taken the bike loaded on the rack for short drives, but I feel comfortable enough to go longer distances, too. I would highly recommend this bike rack and etrailer! 551592

The bike rack is very adjustable accommodating different configuration bikes. The bikes can attached securely. The adjustable pads on the 'V' bars is a good addition. The rack does wobble about considerably, but this hasn't been a problem while traveling. It's light weight and can be quickly disassembled into three pieces that would fit in a trunk or rear storage area of a vehicle. It can be a little awkward fitting the bikes to the rack. 550988

Ask the Experts about this Lets Go Aero Hitch Bike Racks

  • Best Bike Rack for a 2018 Subaru Outback Wagon
The factory trailer hitch receiver on your 2018 Subaru Outback Wagon will limit the amount of compatible bike racks due to the placement of the hitch pin hole and it's lack of depth inside the receiver tube opening. The Lets Go Aero BikeWing-2 part # LGA54FR has two hitch pin holes. One of them will accept a threaded hitch pin and the other a standard hitch pin like part # PC2. If you use the standard non-threaded hitch pin then that will give you enough depth inside the receiver tube to...

  • Towing a Trailer and Carrying Bikes at the Same Time with a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder
There are ways to accomplish what you want but there are some other things to think about first. The most important thing to consider for your situation is how much rise or drop you need to tow the trailer level. Because if an adapter is used (or even if it isn't) then the ball mount has to have the right amount of rise or drop to tow the trailer level. So if we look at the available hitches the one that will provide the most ground clearance is # C13309 (excludes platinum models)....

  • Recommended Cable Lock for BikeWing Bike Rack
The etrailer brand cable lock # e98891 would be a good choice to secure your bikes to the # LGA54FR bike rack. If you ran the cable through the wheels and around the uprights of the rack, then through one of the safety chain holes in your hitch, you'd secure bikes to the rack and the rack to the hitch. I've linked you to a product demonstration video for the cable lock.

  • Bike Rack for 2006 Dodge Sprinter that Allows Rear Cargo Area Access
The Lets Go Aero BikeWing-2 NextGen 2-Bike Rack # LGA54FR does fold down and give a pretty decent amount of clearance when folded, but we don't have a way to confirm if it would allow the rear doors of your Sprinter with the Curt hitch # 13250 installed. A better option we know would clear would be a swing away bike rack like the Thule Apex Swing XT part # TH9027XT. This totally swings out for complete access to the rear cargo area.

  • Can the Lets Go Aero BikeWing Bike Rack Carry 2 Bikes of the Same Size
Yes, the Lets Go Aero BikeWing Bike Rack, # LGA54FR, can accommodate 2 bikes that are exactly the same size. The wheel cradles on this bike rack are staggered, so 2 bikes of the same size or different sizes will fit with each other. If both of your bikes have larger frames such as mountain bikes or cruiser style bikes, then you may need to adjust the seat or handle bar height, but they should still fit. I also recommend mounting the bikes facing opposite directions on any bike rack for...

  • What Bike Racks Will Fit a 2017 Subaru Foresters Trailer Hitch Receiver
For a bike rack I recommend the BikeWing # LGA54FR which weighs just 20 pounds. This rack holds the bikes at the wheels so it is compatible with many bike styles. Since the BikeWing uses wheel mounts, there will be no need for a tube adapter tube for your bikes. Since the hitch pin hole is so close on your Subaru's trailer hitch, the design on the BikeWing will make mounting this rack the best option.

  • Does the Lets Go Aero BikeWing-2 NextGen 2-Bike Rack part # LGA54FR Work on a Fifth Wheel
You're correct the Lets Go Aero BikeWing-2 NextGen 2-Bike Rack part # LGA54FR did replace the older part # B01311. The reason it is no longer compatible is because of the tilt feature. That always seems to be the yes or no factor with a lot of bike racks. The Swagman Original part # S64152-2 or the Hollywood Racks RV Rider 2 Electric Cargo Bike Platform Rack part # HR1670 are both good options that are rated to work for your fifth wheel.

I have an excellent solution for you but the Inno bike rack add-on INH306 cannot be used by itself. There is no way to attach it to a trailer hitch. What I recommend is the BikeWing bike rack # LGA54FR. This is a 2 bike rack that you can put just one bike on and it holds the bikes at the wheels. I have included a link to a video review of this bike rack for you.

For an example, with a hitch mounted bike rack, the total weight of the bike rack and the bikes cannot exceed 100 lbs. Because of the light weight capacity of your hitch and car, I recommend a rack like the BikeWing # LGA54FR. The BikeWing has a total weight of 20 lbs.
