  For the tandem bike, I suggest the RV Bumper 2 Bike Rack, # S80605 by Swagman. This bike rack uses U-bolts to attach to the bumper of your RV. Bumper needs to be at least 4" and no more than 4-1/2" wide and will carry up to 2 bikes (30 lbs per bike). But suspect that would then be too far apart for the mountain bike.   We don't like to recommend hitch extensions for bike racks that are going to be used at the rear of travel trailers as a first option as they add quite a bit of movement and leverage on the hitch. So instead of using the # S64663 with one I would recommend going with a similar RV rated bike rack that has more clearance. Like with the Swagman Nomad part # S36FR which has 11-7/8 inches from the pin hole to the nearest portion of the rack which would much more easily fit without an extension.
