The corners are rounded and not a sharp edge allowing you to use Class III 2" accessories and ball mounts.   The Yakima EXO SwingBase Swing Away Hitch Extender # Y34VR is a rather unique design and there is really nothing like it. It sounds like you might consider something like the Brophy Hitch Extender with Step # ST18 which has a 6-1/2" x 17" platform you might be able to attach to your ice sled. If you are looking for a more custom application we do have the 24" Shank # D36 which you can use to weld a custom attachment point.

• Is there a Curt Solid Steel 2" Hitch Bar with Raw Finish in 30" Length?
  We do have some hitch bars but unfortunately, we do not have any stolid steel 2" hitch bars in a 30" length. The longest one we have is the # D36 you were looking at, which is a 24" length. We do have an Unfinished Receiver Tube # C49480 that is longer, but it is 48" so you would have to cut it down.   The # RP45018 Titan Hitch Box is designed to install into a 2-1/2 receiver. It's conceivable that with the proper alteration, a solid 2 x 2 inch hitch bar like # D36 could be used which would allow the piece to install into a 2 inch hitch, but the product has not been tested for that use and the weight capacity would be completely unknown. Therefore, I couldn't advise using the # RP46018 for said purpose.

  My contact at Curt Manufacturing confirmed that the 24-inch specified length of their hot-rolled Solid Steel 2-Inch Hitch Bar with Raw Finish is measured from tip to tip. The center of the 5/8-inch hitch pin hole is 2-1/2 inches from the end.

  I may have another option available for your, there will not be a draw bar long enough to get the needed clearance.
