Hello, neighbors and friends, Steven here with etrailer.com. Today, we're looking at the SeaSucker RotopaX Tank Holder, specifically the five gallon version, it's vacuum-mounted in black color. So folks, with this portable mount, it's gonna let you carry a RotopaX tank where you need it. It does come with three 6 inch diameter, pump-activated vacuum cups, and they each have a nice hard plastic cover on them. And that's gonna be to protect the cup itself from debris, nicks, bur, those kind of things. I'll go ahead and pull those all off here, so I can demonstrate it for you.
Other than letting you know that it's got the mounting holes here for the RotopaX tank itself, and you can obviously see the handles and everything here, there's not much more to show other than how it works. You simply find a non-porous flat surface, such as metal, glass, fiberglass, those kind of things. And you simply push down gently, and you just pump until all the orange of the indicator disappears, showing that it is now vacuumed out all the air from underneath that cup. Now, keep in mind, this is just one 6 inch cup that I'm doing right now for the demo. Each one gives you a 210 pull pound rating.
So all three cups suctioned down, or vacuumed down rather, is gonna give you 630 pounds. So again, this is just one, and again, it's rated at 210 pounds by itself. And just with the one on there, it's holding itself up. It's not going anywhere when I shake it or move it or anything, so pretty impressive. I know a lot of people see these, and they're kinda skeptical at first.
I know I was one of those people. But honestly, I've played with these for years, and they're probably one of the coolest things that really does hold down. So to remove it, to remove that vacuum, there's a little rubber tab there. There's one on the back over here that you can't really see, 'cause it's underneath. You simply push in, pull up a little bit, and that'll let air back up underneath there.
And even after you get the air back in there, you can kinda see the orange. Sometimes they wanna hang on really good. There we go. But that's what we want, right We want them to hang on. So again, folks, this is the tank holder. I do recommend you getting some lubricant for all of these seals here, the plungers, it's gonna help prevent those plungers from sticking over time, getting built up like dirt, grime, road debris, that kind of stuff in there. It'll just kinda help it all out. That is sold separately. Once again, folks, this is the SeaSucker RotopaX Tank Holder, specifically made for the five gallon Jerry can style RotopaX tank if you're familiar with them. I'm Steven, thanks so much for looking with me today, folks. Made in America, nice, great warranty. Have a good one, and stay safe.
