And it'll easily clamp on to your truck bed so you don't have to drill into your bed rails. But if you don't plan on taking it off and want to mount it permanently, the pre-drilled holes in the feet let you bolt it to your rails. You'll just need to bring a drill and your own hardware to finish it up.
