Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at a weld-on forged steel lunette ring. The weld-on forged steel draw bar features strong C1020 steel. It can be welded directly onto a trailer tongue. It features an inner diameter of 2-1/2 inches. So the 2-1/2 inch inner diameter I-draw bar offers a maximum gross trailer weight rating of 10,000 pounds.This draw bar is ideal for such uses as baggage cars, agricultural spreaders, and other off-road uses. It's a really nice versatile design.
And again, it welds directly onto a trailer tongue. A few measurements to go over with you real quick. The inner diameter of the unit, 2-1/2 inches. Outer diameter is 4-1/2 inches. The ring thickness is one inch.
Again, it's made from forged steel construction. We're looking at a nice plain finish. The tab on the back measures 2-1/2 inches, by 5/8 of an inch thick. And again, the maximum gross trailer weight rating is 10,000. Maximum tongue weight capacity is 1,000.That's going to do it for today's look at the weld-on forged steed lunette ring..

Used this eye a year ago on a custom trailer and is holding up great!
I needed an overkill pintlehook assembly because of negative tongue weight when raised. This is a totally modular tree arch, scarfier and rock rake combo. It is used extensively on 20 acres plus primative half mi. road, all done with atv.

welded this up on my little offroad jeep trailer. Works good, just hard to back up with those tiny old military trailers with a pintle, so I might switch to a max coupler, but for 20$ if you have a tow behind jeep trailer for your jeep like the old military style this thing is a no brainer for 20$. The 10 ton one I bought was too big and way overkill so I used this one.
This will not work with a Curt Secure Latch 48505 (and other secure latch versions) as the girth of the ring is too small and it can fit between the latch and hook when closed. I purchased this weld on ring for my fabricated tow bar. The quality of the ring seems good otherwise.
Exactly what I needed for a small project. Great communications between company and customer. Will definitely use etrailer again.

This was welded onto a homade road grader which weighs approximateltly 4600lbs. It has been snagged on boulders, tree stumps etc. And has not failed.
Ring is the right size for my camping trailer. Looks good.
Product was as described and price plus shipping reasonable. Received notice order received, shipped with tracking, and delivered.
If you're able to weld these save a ton of money when you need to replace them.
