Note: To use Rock Tamers, there must be at least 1" of clearance between the back of the ball mount face and the trailer hitch receiver opening.
Rock Tamers are adjustable to fit your specific vehicle's wheelbase. The mats move horizontally along the support rods and expand from 67-1/4" to 96-3/4" wide. The mats can also be adjusted vertically so that you can maintain proper ground clearance no matter the load you are carrying.
The mats include pre-cut lines on the back in 1-1/2" sections so that you can trim the Rock Tamers to the appropriate length for your vehicle. A punch tool is included to create holes in the mudflap for attaching the installation clamp bolts.

I am having an issue with keeping the unit tight on the hitch but that's the only issue. It is doing an excellent in catching the rocks as I have big all terrain tires.
George, new Class 5 Curt Receiver, RV plug bracket with RV plug, Curt 14K pound hitch, Rock Tamer mud flaps. Everything was ordered and received in a timely manner. Every item installed with absolutely no problem. I am very pleased with ETrailer products. All that is left to do now is go pick up my new toy hauler.

Great product. I use a B&W adjustable hitch and keep it mounted on the hitch. I bought the Rock Tamer wall mounts to keep it stored off the floor and out of the way.
We received the Rock Tamers earlier than expected. Everything was in the box. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. Installation time was minimal, the fit perfect and was ready to go in very little time.
These are a very solid flap. They have a great adjustability. I have a 6" lift and a wider tire and these fit perfectly. I would highly recommend and buy again if I ever needed them.
Looks good. Well packaged. Detailed instructions included. Looking to pulling my fifth wheel with protection of the rock tamers.
Very easy to install looks like excellent coverage from the rear wheels. It's easier to cut the flaps with a jig saw and drill the holes with a drill bit makes it much faster. I'm also installing tow Towtector stub 2 inch shaft so I don't have to bang my shins and also installing a Curt 2 inch anti rattle device to take care of the play.
The Rock Tamers are pretty robust and were easy to install. Great quality.

This company has about anything your looking for, a one shop stop. I was going to by a shocker hitch also from them, but ended up buying of off the manufacture for the same price. I would recommend this company, the items that I ordered was delivered with in 2 to 3 days.
Love these so much! They go on so easy, and do a great job protecting our new trailer from rocks and road debris. Especially after driving on gravel. Solid stainless and/or metal components (which you can get replacement parts for), and I like how I can transfer them to a different vehicle if we upgrade trucks. Very high quality and sharp looking as well.
great flaps and well built mounting brackets but the heat from exhaust deformed the flap despite installing the rock tamer heat shield at center point of heat on the flap.
Mounting was a breeze. E trailer delivered on time!
Jessica, These mudflaps do not fit my 2022 GMC Sierra because of the GMC tailgate. Need to send them back !!

I bought the Rock Tamers mud flaps for my GMC 2500HD to protect my 2016 30ft Airstream. Did install the heat shield as well since GMC exhaust is pointing right at the passenger side mud flap and it is a good thing I did. Rock Tamers worked perfect on our 3 month trip to Florida, should have bought it back in 2016!! The contraption is easy to take off and put back on when needed. Solid construction.

Excellent product! No problems after a year.
It has definitely served it purpose and is a quality product. The bolts that clamp the bracket to the hitch shaft do not stay tight for long, even though double nuts are used. I find that it wants to pivot back and forth after use. The strong smell from the flaps prevents indoor storage. Overall, I would recommend this product.

Good. Keeps most rocks from hitting the trailer. The aluminum bracket is being damaged by pivoting back and forth, but it still works.
Everything as advertised... so far. Havn't had a chance to use on a trip yet. Will try to follow up soon. Installation instructions were great. All hardware was included... didnt have to run to pickup additional nuts/ bolts. Must have minimum 1" clearance btwn receiver and hitch flange. As ALWAYS.. etrailer XLNT service and follow up.

Working great. Definitely helps keep the road debris at a minimum, added advantage is they help keep the front of the rig cleaner in all types of weather conditions. Would recommend.
I just received these rock tammers yesterday and have not had a chance to put them together yet but I can tell they are good quality. The flaps are heavy thick gage rubber. From order date to delivery date they only took 3 days to arrive. They were packed very well. The people at etrailer are great and I know now I’ll be ordering more products.

GREAT. Theyre the best thing for keeping the front of your trailer from having stonerock damage. If they were stolen, Id buy another one BEFORE pulling our RV trailer.
