What's up, everybody It's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna be checking out this Weathertech door protector. So this is when your pets are in your second row in the backseat. This is gonna protect your door from them scratching it up or making any stains. Let's check it out. A lot of times if your dog is in the back seat, it's gonna be running from window to window.
If it's a smaller dog, it'll hop up here on the ledge to look out, and that can claw up the side of your door. Or if their nose is wet or they're drooling, that can get everywhere as well. This is gonna help you protect the inside of your door because they can hop up on this and scratch it and it's not gonna do any damage underneath. These come in two different sizes. So this is the 22 inch one right now.
They also have a 26 inch one that would work on this door as well. You can easily measure that with your tape measure. Be careful, though, on how your door's set up. I have the locks that pop up here on this vehicle. We wouldn't want to cover that up.
But 26 inches would still fit, you just slide it over a little bit. It's made out a durable polyester material. This side is more textured, if you can see that on camera. Underneath, it's gonna be smoother so you don't have to worry about it roughing up the inside of your door here. Now, it is machine washable too, so if it does get messy, you can just throw it in the machine, it'll be fine.
It's gonna install really easily. You're gonna have these three tabs, and you slide down in the weather strip of your window exactly where you want it. Pull it tight, and it's that easy. You're gonna do the same thing on the other side, and you can still move your window up and down just like you could before. Overall, I like the idea of these. I like how easy they are to install, and protecting the inside of your door is a good idea. It's the same as floor mats on the floor of your vehicle. Why not protect the side of your doors And as easy as they are to put in or wash and throw the machine, I think it's gonna really help keep your car clean on the inside. Well, I think that does it. Thanks for hanging out and I hope this helped.
