Your company was excellent to work with. Box broke open during shipping and empty box missing heavy hitch was delivered, we happened to be out of town. Wyoming known for wind blew box away. After finger pointing,figured out what had happened. Your company sent a reordered hitch out before all facts known. And covered cost . Needed hitch right away, and your company stepped up to make it happen. Tried to send pictures, couldn't. Thank you again, good products,good price and excellent ,knowledgable ,staff.

Couldn't ask for a better mount because it goes up or down which I needed it to turn up and it works great. I have a a three axle dump trailer that we pull behind it with no problems. Great product.

You guys are the best! Always find what I need. Prices are great. And I even got my shipping upgraded for free, so it was here in like 3 days. Can’t beat that!
This product is also great. The reason I’m replacing my old one is because the 45 degree angled support bracket on the back didn’t go all the way down. And when I towed a heavy load, I had the pintle all the way down, so the mounting plate bent. THIS product goes all the way down, to give full support and strength. It’s heavy and solid. Welds all look good. My ONLY “negative” feedback is that the company puts their sticker right in the middle of the mounting plate. The product is black, sticker is white. And not easy to remove. So aesthetically, I’d say not the best placement...But that’s minute. Super happy with it overall. And super happy with etrailer.com, like always.

Good welds, nice paint. BUT. 2x2 receiver stock not welded square to bolt plate, so it sits crooked, visually by eye crooked. Mounting hardware pic shows nyloc nuts …nope. As I said, good build quality, so not one star.

This thing is awesome. Just what I needed to raise the hitch on a low-bumper van. Solid shank punched through the plate and welded from the back and front. Beautiful welds all the way around the gusset. A serious piece of metal.

I would rate customer service at 5, products at 4 only because I haven't installed them yet and shipping at 1 because electric brake controller was boxed with jack and hitch both heavy items and box was ripped open from shipping which is not your fault but controller was pinched between jack and hitch.

I returned the BWPMHD14004 because it was loose fitting in my receiver hitch. Quality and structure of the piece was fine I just didn't like the play. I purchased a Bolt on Pintle hook instead and am very happy with that purchase.

The pintle hook mounting plate I ordered appears to be exactly what I need and looks to be a quality product. My only complaint is that the Pin Hole which holds the receiver into my hitch seems to be pretty far back causing the hitch to stick out an excessive amount. If the Pin Hole were 2" closer to the mounting plate it self, then I feel it would be considerably stronger and less of a strain on my hitch. But all in all the quality is good and I cant complain to much.

This is an impressive item - clean welds, no sharp edges, great paint. It is perfect to raise the pintle hitch to properly match a M1102 military trailer with a lifted pickup truck. Could not have asked for a better hitch.

The hitch works as designed. Changing out the balls sizes is easy. I wish there was a better way to secure the pin in the ball. The o-ring shrinks over time and can rattle out. I always remove the pin and ball when the trailer is disconnected.

First class products and first class service!
I regret that I placed my order before completing it with the electrical connectors needed to avoid UPS charges. Also, customers should be cautioned when selecting the 5/8 receiver pin as I have found that the loop prevents full insertion into my stock receiver. Still, I can't say enough in praise of your business performance.

That is not to say that there isn't the oddball size every now and again. The vast majority do have the same spacing and hole diameters though so if it were me I would not be worried at all about it. On plate # BWPMHD14004 the holes are spaced 1-3/4 inches apart on center vertically and 3-3/8 inches apart on center horizontally and are approximately 1/2 inch in diameter. Compare that to your hitch.

These two parts are compatible with each and will work well for you. The mount has the lower capacity of 16k so that will be your overall capacity since you are limited by your lowest rated component as the overall capacity. If your hitch or vehicle has a lower capacity than that (most likely yes) then you'd have to go by whatever the lowest number is.
