Ellen: Hey everybody. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at the JR Products propane sealing plug. Now, this is to seal up that plug on your propane tank so that you don't have any leaks or wasted fuel coming out of your tank whenever it's not in use. So, you just screw that in there and it should keep everything contained inside your tank. The other advantage with that, is that it also keeps any kind of contaminants out of valve when you're also not using it, so you don't have to worry about it getting gunked up or rusted out over time.
Now, this is going to be a 1/4" male NTP fitting, so it should work out with most propane tanks to keep everything sealed up tight. That's pretty much going to do it for our look at the JR Products propane sealing plug. Worked fine to cut off the supply line to the propane light above the kitchen table. I never used that light. Perfect fit.
Handy to carry for emergency repairs or unused ports.
