Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look together at this B&B polar white RV multipurpose hatch. This locking molded plastic hatch is going to give you exterior access for any RV need. This open back is going to allow for direct pass through. And before we go any further, let me give you some dimensions just so you can be confident this one in particular is going to work for you. So looking at the outside width, we're sitting right at about 7-5/8 inches wide.

And the height from bottom to top, looks like we're at 6-1/2 inches tall. Let me give you the cutout dimensions. Looking at that width first, we're about 5-7/8 inches wide. And looking at the height, about 4-3/4 inches tall. Let me give you the collar depth as well.

Looks like we're sitting pretty close to right at about 1-1/2 inches on that collar depth. Now, this hatch flange is going to secure to your exterior wall with the supplied screws that you see there. Butyl tape is also included with that. And this is made here in the USA of UV stabilized plastic. So this isn't going to fade, it's not going to yellow, it's gonna hold up really well for you.

A key is included so you can lock this. So when you have that locked, it's gonna be secure. You can see here on the other side what that's gonna look like when that's actually locked. Then to unlock it, reinsert the key, give it a turn and it's gonna allow me to open that back up. So the key is included with this.
