haven't used any of the products yet , but they all arrived on time, well packed and in good condition ! I will be a return customer !
The product works great. However we did not use the hose that came with it, but used a water hose connected to the outside water hook up and the wand worked great. The black tank had not been emptying properly, but since we used the wand it is emptying extremely well. Would highly recommend this product. Don't leave home without it - it is an essential tool for your RV.
I used it with a garden hose and it cleaned out the tank
