After a long drive to the campground, the last thing you feel like doing is maneuvering your RV into a tight campsite space - especially in the dark! This wireless backup camera system gives you peace of mind that you'll be able to back up more safely, even at nighttime or in other low-light conditions.

Monitor the Rear of Your RV

If you're set up at the campsite for the weekend, the motion sensor will automatically power the touchscreen monitor on if they sense movement in the form of a prowling animal or person.

Easily Communicate from Outside Your RV

Tired of yelling back and forth to your partner out the window as you're struggling to back in at a good angle? The built-in microphone on the camera and integrated speakers on the monitor allow a spotter to relay information or instructions to you from outside your vehicle. This makes it much easier and safer for you to back up in a crowded campground.

Avoid Collisions While Backing Up

No more wondering if you're getting too close to another vehicle, tree, curb, or your kid's bike while backing up. The rear assist marker lines take out the guesswork to avoid collisions and safely maneuver your RV. The lines are displayed in 3 different colors (green, yellow, and red) to help gauge the proximity of objects within your view.

Furrion RV Backup Camera Infrared LEDs

And because this camera has 8 infrared LEDs, you'll have a clear picture even in low-light conditions at dusk or in complete darkness at night. These LEDs provide ample illumination up to 16' should you arrive at the campsite after dark and need to back up into your parking spot. And during the day, the integrated IR cut filter blocks out the infrared light during the day so you'll still be able to have crips, natural-looking images.

Withstand Multiple Climates and Environments

If it's raining out, or if you just simply need to wash your RV, the waterproof, IP65-rated camera will be protected against low-pressure water jet sprays. And if you're driving through rough country roads, the camera will resist dust and dirt from building up or getting inside.

Installs Onto Your Windshield and RV Rear

Furrion RV Backup Camera Monitor Suction Cup

This camera system includes a suction cup mount that you can use to stick the monitor onto your dashboard or windshield. To power the monitor, simply plug it into a 12-volt light or cigarette lighter outlet.

Furrion RV Camera Installation

Because this system is wireless, installation is much easier than it would be with a wired system, as you'll only need to do minimal drilling and wiring. Just bolt the camera down with the included mounting screws and connect to your RV's reverse lights. Be sure that the camera won't interfere with any slide outs or other moving components. If you intend to use this system only for backing up, wire the camera to the reverse lights. If you prefer to use it to keep an eye on your rig on the highway, wire the camera to the running lights.

Good system. Only issue is my 2022 Silverado 2500, needed an additional power plug to use. When purchased through etrailer I always receive an error about my trailer light. No issues with lights. Additional REQUIRED power adapter has an issue.

by:

Installation took 10 minutes, literally. already paired and my trailer had the mount installed. turn on parking lights and everything worked. Aiming camera took one minute. Now I can see who is behind me while driving.
Backing into a campsite just got way easier as well.

by:

It's a good product. The camera lights are non-glare light blue, but they really show everything very well in the dark. Our trailer is 23ft. and the signal gets to the truck dash board from the back of the trailer quite well.

by:

Super easy installation on a camper that already had the underlying Furrion power supply wire. Great quality picture and audio. Highly recommend this for the price!

by:

Camera works as advertised. Wired camera into running lights 5th wheel. Took about 45 min to layout, drill, pull wire, caulk, and mount.
I did install 3mm Diameter Snap on Ferrite Core Bead Choke Ring Cord RFI EMI Noise Suppressor Filter for USB / Audio / Video Cable Power Cord on both camera and receiver.
Receiver took about 20 min to install. I routed wires nicely, add choke rings.
I have 4 bars running 60 mph. Great purchase and very pleased.

Comments
Camera and receivers still working great. Only issue is antenna broke on camera. Purchased aftermarket router antenna 18”. Still have 4 bars.

I love this camera! It is so much better than I originally thought it would be. I use it for my rearview mirror when traveling, I can see who is behind my Camper and I don't have to use the add on mirrors on my tow vehicle anymore because I can see now with the backup camera in the rear blind spot and the rest with my tow vehicles mirrors. I also can now back my travel trailer into the campsites without my wifes help and do that with only one try. It has been such a nice experience using this camera system.

Comments
I still love it! It is still awesome, I would not want to go camping without it. It has made my camping experience so much more pleasurable. If you don’t have one of these I highly recommend you get one .

The RV back up camera work great once I got it hook up. But at the RV dealer and manufactory said was pre wire and had a cover with plug and play. Yell right I tried plug and play but was not the case the plug was there but had to hard wire in and do everything to splice the cable in to get to work. Just Lazy manufactory's this day and time. I'm sure the dealer assume it was wire in. I Have a new 2022 Cameo by Cross Roads that builds Red Woods I hate to know I pay $180,000.00 heck my RV was listed for $118,000.00. But over all the Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System works Great. Just be aware of the Lazy manufactory's anymore. I didn't take any pictures didn't have time after 15 min's turned in to 2 hours.

We purchased the Furrion FOS43TASF to use as an observation camera while towing our new 2018 26' Jayco Jay Flight travel trailer. Our Jayco came equipped with a pre-wired mount for the Furrion camera. The pre-wired black female cord for the camera was present but someone at the factory forgot to wire it to power, so when I plugged in the camera, there was no juice... I removed the center clearance light on the back of the trailer, used the supplied power cord and to feed in/splice in from the clearance light. Installation only took about 15 minutes. We already made our first trip this season and the camera worked wonderful. Great picture, no delays, very happy being able to see what's in the back and coming along the sides. We didn't use the monitor mount supplied with the Furrion, instead we used a vent phone mount I had for my phone that worked perfectly. This is our second and the best observation camera for towing a trailer we've experienced. The first one was another brand on different travel trailer we just sold. Our experience with that camera was poor picture quality, delays and blackouts. We definitely would recommend the Furrion FOS43TASF.

by:

We received our Furrion Observation Camera, FOS43TASF, quickly as advertised. Our camera arrived with no damage. Installation was fast and easy on our 2018, Grand Design, Imagine, 2600RB, plug and play with the existing mount. It took maybe 20 - 30 minutes at the most to install, pair and make minor adjustments. The camera and viewer paired immediately when power was turned on. The camera turned on when the trailer parking lights were turned on. Positioned the camera so the spare tire could be seen on the observation screen to give a point of reference to the back of the camper. Received a strong signal on the pairing. We haven't driven the camper on the road yet to give a review on the workings of the the unit but, don't expect any problems. Should be a good safety feature to know what is behind us when towing. Very happy with our purchase and would recommend this product. This product from etrailer was the least expensive price I could find while researching price points. Thank you etrailer.

This rear observation system was exactly what I needed to give me some eyes in the back of my towable trailer. The system communicates with a 4 bars of strength using a wireless signal between the camera, located at the back of my 24 foot long (2401RG Minnie Winnebago) trailer, and the monitor mounted in the cab of my Ford F150 XLT.
The installation was easy and only took about an hour at most.
I located the two wires feeding the center clearance light near the top of the trailer and through a new drilled hole just below the light I was able to feed in/splice in, the camera wires to get the power the camera needed. (Tip. Before this I used a pair of 6V batteries in series to get temporary power to the camera to ensure good signal back to the monitor in the truck and that a good rear view was possible from the intended mounting spot). Now I can see from the trailer's back bumper to about 35 feet behind on the road.
As usual the Etrailer team was helpful and the order arrived quickly and correctly.
Great Job Julie H. for the last minute assist to correct my order.

by:

I needed a way to see my Indian motorcycle on a trailer behind my 40’ fifth wheel. I had Fords system when I bought my new truck, but there was much more wiring than I wanted to tackle and I was hoping for a non wired system. I bought this with my fingers crossed. Very easy installation of less than an hour and the results were what I wanted

by:

Super easy install if your unit is already equipped with the mounting bracket from the factory. The only thing I was not impressed with was the monitor mount. Quite restrictive if your dash is a grained texture you are pretty much restricted to mounting on the windshield which I found a bit annoying. I happened to have a CD slot mount, and we never use the CD player so I tried it. Couldn’t have found a better location!!

by:

The camera was easy to install. I just removed the preinstalled camera mount cover that came with the trailer. The window suction in the truck works great. I love how I can now see behind me when travelling. Also seeing what's behind me when backing up. I would recommend this camera. It is a wonderful asset.

by:

Above average camera. The in camera guide lines are accurate and greatly assist in backing up, especially in tight spaces.

by:

I like it a lot I double a travel trailer and a atv trailer it helps me keep a eye on the trailer behind the camper and is great for changing lanes. The only thing I would do different is get the bigger monitor.
Thanks

by:

We have really enjoyed the backup camera. It would have been nice if the directions had included that we needed to turn on our headlights to run it! But, now that we know it works really well!

Comments
This gets wired to the running lights circuit, which means the camera will only be fully powered when you have the running lights turned on in your vehicle. Make sure you are not relying on the auto lights feature in the truck.

by:

This camera has been great. I can keep an eye on our bikes that are on the back of our camper. I like that I can see how close drivers are behind me and I can see when I've cleared a vehicle that I just passed.

by:

If you own a 22 1/2' trailer and a SUV for towing you will find the range of the signal at its max with communication between camera and receiver. Meaning many times the signal is lost or there is a delay in the image. A vehicle will already be at your driver's side door when it shows up at your bumper on the screen. The view is VERY bubbled. Other than that LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Very helpful when it comes to backing up and hearing the individual assisting with instructions. No yelling needed and no disturbing your neighbors when parking.

Comments
I recommend adding part # WVOSAPANTEXT
Antenna Extension for Voyager Digital Wireless System - Compatible with WVCMS130AP and WVCMS10B
$43.50
to help boost the signal of the camera.

by:

Maybe a 10 minute install, RV was pre wired of course. Good view out the back of the RV.

by:

Works great.

by:

I received the camera system today. Because my trailer was pre-wired for the camera, installation was easy. The camera and monitor are operational but I have not had a chance to try them on the road yet. Hope to do so in 10 days. Will upgrade my review if the system performs as intended. FWIW the service from etrailer has been great.

by:

Great video and audio quality

by:

It really helps us make sure what is behind us is doing okay.

by:

The camera is useful and has served it's purpose very well. We're very glad to have it. It's great for my wife to be able to stand behind our 35' trailer and talk to me as I back it in. The only con is that the screen is difficult to see when driving if the sun is really bright. Overall, I consider it money well spent and would definitely buy again. Highly recommend!

by:

Everything I needed to add to my trailer. Even though the trailer came already prepped for the Furrion equipment, everything I would have needed was there. I had to find out how my travel trailer was pre-wired to feed power to the camera. My trailer was wired to the lights circuit, but did not connect with the automatic light setting, I had to switch on the lights. Can't wait to try it out on my next trip and return parking. Crossing my fingers.

Comments
After 1st year it is great. I have a hard turn to back into my yard from a busy street. Able to get it done in normally 1 try. Thumbs up.

  • How Does Furrion Backup Camera Pair to Monitors
Pairing Furrion cameras to a monitor really is only a matter of holding down the pair button on the camera for 2 seconds while it and the monitor has power. The pairing button is on the bottom of the camera. You can see it in the attached picture. If you tap the monitor screen once it will bring up the different views from the different paired cameras that you can select from.
