After a long drive to the campground, the last thing you feel like doing is maneuvering your RV into a tight campsite space - especially in the dark! This wired backup camera system gives you peace of mind that you'll be able to back up more safely, even at nighttime or in other low-light conditions.
Tired of yelling back and forth to your partner out the window as you're struggling to back in at a good angle? The built-in microphone on the camera and integrated speakers on the monitor allow a spotter to relay information or instructions to you from outside your vehicle. This makes it much easier and safer for you to back up in a crowded campground.
No more wondering if you're getting too close to another vehicle, tree, curb, or your kid's bike while backing up. The graphic overlay takes out the guesswork to avoid collisions and safely maneuver your RV.
And because this camera has 12 infrared LEDs, you'll have a clear picture even in low-light conditions at dusk or in complete darkness at night. These LEDs provide ample illumination up to 30' should you arrive at the campsite after dark and need to back up into your parking spot.
This camera system includes a monitor mount that permanently drills into your RV's dashboard. To power the monitor, simply plug it into a 12-volt light or cigarette lighter outlet.
This camera bolts down with mounting hardware (not included) - drilling will be required. Then once the connections to power, ground, and the monitor have been made, wire the camera to the reverse lights if you solely want it to back up out of tight spaces. Or wire it to ignition power if you want to keep an eye on your rig while you're driving down the highway.

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Voyager rear-mount RV backup camera system with night vision. Now, this is a wired backup camera system, which will improve rear view visibility while you're backing up your RV or your camper. It'll minimize any blind spots, helps prevent accidents, and it will support up to four cameras. Now it comes with one camera, additional cameras we do sell separately on our website. Now this will include everything laid out here on the table.
We'll start with the camera, it's a rear-mount camera. It comes with the mount, the tool to tighten your hardware, that comes with it. Right here we have a seven-inch full color LCD monitor, has a sun visor on it. Now that sun visor is removable if you don't want it on there. And that comes with this monitor, four-inch tall pedestal mount with the hardware to install it.
Over here we have the 75-foot long camera cable. Right here is the camera-to-monitor adapter. This one here is the power trigger cable, and in a nice set of instructions, it'll describe how this all hooks up and how it operates. Now, basically this camera right here is what'll install the rear view RV, and it creates digital video in full color. Gives you 125-degree wide viewing angle, gives you optimum visibility while in reverse.
Also uses 12 infrared LEDs that surround the camera lens to provide nighttime vision up to 30 feet. And it does have a durable IP69K rating on the exterior, which makes it waterproof. And it uses an integrated microphone on the camera to pick up your friend's voice outside the RV to help you when you're backing up. Comes with a monitor-to-camera adapter. Now the monitor itself right here is a seven-inch full color LCD monitor, has a graphic overlay that shows the distance from other objects.
Seven inches, of course, is measured corner to corner. It has brightness, color, contrast, and image orientation can be easily adjusted. Does use an anti-glare, anti scratch screen. Uses LED back lighting with a 50,000 hour lifespan. And it does have a quad screen, so it'll display up to four camera angles simultaneously. And the trigger wire cable, which is right here, it offers six trigger wires to allow you to switch from one display to another. Now it does offer auto pairing capability, so you can pair those four cameras to the monitor. Now the pedestal right here, this is designed to mount to the monitor and allows for a permanent installation onto your dash. The cable right over here, this is a 75-foot long camera cable to connect that rear camera to the monitor up front. And the last thing I wanna do is give you some dimensions on the monitor itself and on the camera. So, on the monitor, if we measure it, the width on it from one end to the other end is right at 7 and 3/4 inches. The height on it, bottom to the very top, is 5 and 5/16 inches tall. And the depth on it, and I'm not gonna include the sun visor, just the monitor itself, the depth on it is right at 1 and 3/16 inch. Now the camera right here, overall dimension on that is gonna be 2 and 3/4 inches wide. The height on it is right at 1 and 3/4 inches tall. And the total depth on just the camera is right at about two inches deep. But that should do it for the review on this Voyager rear mount RV backup camera system with the night vision.
