Measuring Your Camper

This model is designed to fit a variety of folding camper styles. Because of the elastic hem, this cover will properly grip your camper regardless of height, so the only measurement necessary is the length.

Triple-Ply PolyPro III Fabric

Specially designed to provide a custom fit for a variety of pop-up campers, this all-season cover delivers the best in weather protection. Ideal for wet environments, the quick-drying PolyPro III fabric is triple-ply on top. This provides excellent protection against rain and snow even as it allows venting, which permits interior condensation to escape. The single-ply sides also vent moisture while guarding against rain and wind. In addition, they prevent scratches and stains and do not add bulk to the camper. Built-in tension panels combine with an elasticized hem to create a tight, custom fit.

Shipping was very quick. The material looks durable, and I expect a good 3-5 years out of this cover. Please note.. the covers run big. I ordered the 8'-10' cover. My pop up is a 10'box. It is actually 10'5" at its longest length. The 8-10' cover worked perfect for me. Take a look at the attached pic.

I purchased a PolyPro 3 Folding Camping Trailer Cover from etrailer to protect my pop-up camper from the elements. This cover is identical to the one it replaces. The previous cover became torn and needed to be replaced. This torn cover had a 3 year warranty but I failed to tie it down properly and did not protect the cover from sharp edges. The feel the quality of the cover is worth the price. I would recommend that the description of the product should contain information about covering wear points on the camper that could penetrate the fabric and tear it. Once the fabric tears, it has a tendency to rip fairly easily.

Comments
After a year, several tears have developed. This is the second Classic Accessories RV cover I?ve purchased. Though it does a good job protecting my camper, the fabric is not very tough. I?ve had to pad sharp edges on the camper using remnants of the old cover to reduce wear.Realistically, this cover may need to be replaced in another year.Thank you for giving me the opportunity to respond.

Fit like a glove! Very easy to install and I love how the vent are covered by the white sash on top to help breath.

Fits our 2007 Fleetwood SantaFe like a glove. I bought the 8'-10' version even thought the actual length (when you take the end caps and spare tire into account) is probably 8" longer. You could pull the cover over the propane tank, but I didn't want to over-stretch the elastic. I found that the storage bag for the cover fits perfectly over the propane tank. I like how there are vents under the edges of the white portion. The attachment points are nicely done and ropes are included to secure the cover. You do have to watch for sharp edges, however. I don't think the material is very puncture resistant. I did _not_ wrap the cover under the frame, but rather, right under the trailer body. Time will tell how durable this cover is, but so far, I like it.

- CA80038
by:

Fit is a little loose but that's to be expected given the size range it needs to fit. For my 9' box popup, the cover will actually cover the propane tank and battery on the front of the trailer frame. Snugs down with the straps. Durability is TBD.

This is my third cover-the other two were from different companies, and while this one is rated for three years and the others were rated for 1-3 years, this one is much much better. This one has thicker material, stronger D-rings and thicker nylon rope tie-downs, covered vents for air circulation, better elastic around the bottom and more generous, but still snug, fit.

I've had this cover for a year and I have not been impressed with it. It has large holes on nearly every side. These began a only a few months after having it. This cover is really only useful under a carport out of the weather. It will not hold up to the rain and sun. It has deteriorated so much at this point that it's time to throw it away and look for something new.

The cover fit my 10' PUP box well, survived the first winter well.

We had concerns about whether the cover would fit an 8 foot pop up with an air conditioning unit on top and it is plenty big enough. We also had requested standard shipping and it was upgraded to quicker at no extra charge with was great especially with all the snow we have been having. Highly recommend.

- CA80038
by:

This cover has stood up to the winter weather and a tree constantly dropping debris on it over the last year and has held up quite well. I would recommend this cover as a good investment to protect your trailer.

- CA80038
by:

This cover fits relatively well over our 1978 Palomino pop-up. The cover is large enough that we can pull it over the propane tank and the front hitch as well. The material is thin, however. It is not canvas, and will likely not be too durable to the elements. The material is similar to that of a patio furniture cover - it seems like it will fade easily and fray if left in the sun/heat/cold. Would recommend as a cover for something parked indoors or in shade. Pros: elastic around the bottom helps hold the cover onto the trailer. Cons: not very durable cloth

Review from a similar PolyPro III in RV Covers

Fits well on our Flagstaff Aframe popup including our front toy hauler rack. However the back corner developed small tears on the initial fitting. We have reinforced those corners. We like the heavier ceiling material & that it is white which will reflect heat/sun/ UV rays better. We also like the 4 vents hidden under a flap (2 on each side) - that should help reduce over heating and moisture build up plus reduce wind damage. Rather than use the rope they supplied as tie-downs, we have attached strapping & clips for the front, back & to the 3 side tie-down locations. The storage bag is nice to have, although it should be larger. We hope the cover will last 2-3 seasons

Comments
As an update, the cover performed well they the winter snows & spring rains in Colorado. It also has with stood winds. We are pleased with our purchase and plan on buying the same cover in a few years. Our experience with these types of covers from our house trailer covers, are that they typically last 2-3 years. This is very reasonable given their low price.

Review from a similar PolyPro III in RV Covers

While this is a custom cover meant for the small r-pod trailer, I purchased it for our ProLite Mini 13 based on recent reviews from others with the same trailer. I was very pleased to see that the material and construction quality was similar if not identical to a number of excellent and durable covers I’ve used to store non-winter driven sports cars. However, the installation process was challenging for a number of reasons. Firstly, after reading the Classic Accessories guide that instructed to unfold the cover from front to back on the roof of the trailer, I found that the manufacturer had folded and packed the cover incorrectly. Specifically, the cover was folded side to side instead of front to back, i.e.: the white roof section appeared at one end of the completely unfolded cover instead of appearing in the middle as expected. That meant we had to completely open up the cover on the roof of a car and manhandle it into place on the trailer after locating the yellow “front” label. The trailer is stored right next to our garage, so this task was not fun. We expected some fitment issues from a custom cover intended for something else, but not a packaging curve ball. Secondly, (and I kick myself for not having noted this before we even started) the front and rear side profile contours of the r-pod are essentially the opposite of the ProLite Mini. So, not surprisingly, the “normal” fitment was unsatisfactory. After pulling and stretching to no avail, we still would have had poor rain runoff and unwanted Michigan snow buildup in loose folds at the at the front. So, we removed the cover and rotated it front to back for an almost perfect fit. It’s somewhat tight at the front and loose at the back, but much weather resistance than our first attempt. The only downside is that the zippered door section is now on the opposite side of the trailer, but it’s not a big issue for us. As a sidebar, I’ve wondered why RV cover companies have neglected offering custom fitments for the Roulette ProLite line of Canadian trailers. Their market volume in the US and Canada is significant, and the weather conditions in Canada suggest a worthwhile sales rationale.

I like doing business with etrailer.com--efficient, helpful suggestions and answers to questions,, and friendly. I can't speak to the quality of the PolyPRO 3 R-Pod trailer cover as I just received it and have not had a chance to use it yet. Will update this review after a year.

Review from a similar PolyPro III in RV Covers

Just finished putting the cover on our pop-up trailer and it fits perfectly. Looks great. We have put a lot of time into restoring our old camper-lots of memories in there-and wanted to be sure it stayed nice and dry thru the winter. We are very pleased with your product and how easy it was to install also. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cover for their trailer. Hoping to see the inside of the camper is nice and dry in the spring.

Comments
Well, after the terribly long, snowy and severely cold winter we had here, I am happy to say our camper was completely dry in the spring. When we took off the new cover, we folded it up and put it in the storage bag that came with it. It was really easy and handy to have it altogether in a relatively small bag. So nice not to have to worry about any small leaks over the winter. Love your product and would recommend it to anyone needing protection from the elements in an area with harsh winter climates.

The cover is very good but there’s areas on the cover that could be reinforced to be a lot better during a little windstorm during the winter when you have a covered

Review from a similar PolyPro III in RV Covers

We have been looking for quite sometime for a good cover for our Northern Lite 8’11” Queen Classic camper. We found the perfect cover. The quality is superior. Set up extremely easy. Love that it has the zippers and roll up in back to access inside camper. Would purchase this one again in a heartbeat. Customer service excellent. Was delivered in no time at all. Extremely pleased.

Review from a similar PolyPro III in RV Covers

The cover appears to be very well made. It is a replacement for another brand ordered elsewhere that was not nearly as nice. It has vent flaps at the top sides to help with billowing on windy days. The side tie down triangles are a very nice feature also. It came with three cords to be used when tying down which I added a caribiner style clasp to each end for simpler attachment and assurance that it would not come undone. Originally I made a mistake when ordering. The 1st cover arrived much too large. I quickly realised my mistake after seeing the cover spread across the trailer. etrailer quickly provided me with a return authorization and shipping label with clear instructions on returning. I then placed a new order with the correct size They even went as far as providing expedited shipping on the 2nd order. Very happy with their customer service!

Review from a similar PolyPro III in RV Covers

I have a 2017 Mini Winnie Drop 1790. Wanted a cover for the winter months to keep it looking great. Stumbled upon etrailers website but couldn't find a cover exactly for my trailer. Used the ask a question link and got a very prompt response. That was awesome. The email said this cover was for a R Pod but should work. It fits well except the left side where the plug in is located. I keep it plugged in at home to run the fridge. We had a pretty decent wind storm the other night and the cover didn't budge. Was about a 10 minute install with me and my wife with a couple step ladders. The zippered door opening match up nice for the door and rear hatch. Overall, great customer service and what looks to be a great product!

Excellent product. Very happy with the cover. It fits our R Pod perfectly and goes on easily. The door flap makes it easy to get in and out of the unit while the cover is on. Would recommend this product.

Review from a similar PolyPro III in RV Covers

I received the cover for my RPod in very good condition. The installation was easy by following the very clear directions provided with it. I am an engineer so I am overly critical of products that I use. This cover is very well done, it is form fit to fit my RPod perfectly which makes the covered trailer look nice this is important because we have to look at it all winter. I liked the extra touch of the weight bag to help get the straps to the other side. I attached the straps before starting to cover and this helped pull it over the top. Cover is well marked to get orientated properly before starting. I like the fit and should preserve the Pod well. I also used the storage bag for the cover to cover my gas tank. Thanks for the very nice product

  • Should Camper Trailer be Covered in the Winter
It is absolutely recommended to cover your trailer in the winter, be it in Wisconsin where you are with harsh weather or even in an area without much moisture and a lot of sun. What happens if a trailer is left uncovered is that any moisture that accumulates on top of it can seep in, dirt and dust blowing from bigger winds can damage the finish, and UV rays can damage the seals. Overall, it's a smart idea to keep your trailer covered to avoid larger potential issues. If your Aliner is...
