This puck light has warm white LEDs that give you a softer, accented light underneath a kitchen cabinet, in a closet, over a reading nook or chair, or in a walkway inside your RV or camper.
LEDs are more energy efficient, last longer, and burn brighter than lights with incandescent bulbs. You won't have to worry about replacing bulbs that have brittle filaments. And because LEDs draw minimal power, the light won't drain your battery, overload your circuits, or produce too much heat.
Recessed, Bolt-On Installation is Easy
This puck light is incredibly easy to install as an upgrade or direct replacement of your existing light. Because it has a low-profile, recessed design, you will need to cut out a 2-1/8" diameter hole if you're not directly replacing a light. To access the bolt holes, gently pop the lens off the housing. Then, using hardware (not included), bolt the housing into the ceiling, wall, or cabinet before snapping the lens back on. The light connects to ground (white wire) and power (black wire) and wires to an interior light switch. And if you want to be able to control the brightness of the light, you can connect it to an LED-compatible dimmer switch (not included).

Speaker 1: Today, we're taking a look at the LED RV interior light. This low profile, white RV interior light is a really nice design. It's an LED system. LEDs make great replacements for incandescent lights. They last longer, they burn brighter and they're more efficient. With LEDs, you don't have to worry about replacing bulbs or worry about brittle filaments.This unit has the nice frosted plastic lens.
It's very strong and durable. It has the white housing and plastic base. It is a recess mount installation, mounting hardware not included. And, it's a two wire design so your black wire is your power wire, your white wire is the ground wire.We're going to take a look at the overall dimensions real quick and then we'll be able to hook it up to power so you can see what it looks like in a low light setting. The overall diameter of the unit is about three and one-eighth inches.
The overall depth, that's from the bottom of the flange here to the outermost point. That's about a half inch deep once installed.Now your cut-out, that needs to measure about two and one-eighth inches by at least three quarters of an inch deep. The distance between the mount holes center on center, those are all separated by two and three-sixteenths inches, center on center. To gain access to the mount holes, you just need to remove the lens.Internally, it has the LED circuit board or motherboard. We're going to go and hook it up to power.
Then, we'll turn off our overhead lights so you can see it in a low light setting. This unit contains a total of nine diodes, or nine LEDs.You can see here, it sends out a nice consistent signal. Again, nine diodes, or nine LEDs gives it a multi diode design, which really helps optimize the overall light output. Operating voltage is 12 volt DC. Power draw is 0.26 amps and the wattage is two watts.That's going to do it for today's look at the LED RV interior light..

As described appears good quality, however replacing from the original which only lasted 2 years lets hope this last a lot longer. Not etrailers issue but manufacturers
