Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. And today, we're gonna take a real quick look at this replacement pad for your SnapPad Jack Stand Pad System. This is going to replace one pad for your SnapPad Jack Stand Pad System. This is made here in the USA of recycled tires and it's very strong and very durable and it is designed to fit your eight-inch round jack foot. As you no doubt know this pad is going to increase the surface area of your jack foot to help prevent sinking and provide extra stability. Lemme go ahead and give you the overall diameter while we're here.
As you can see, we're sitting at 10 inches in diameter. And then looking at the height, we're sitting pretty close to two inches and this pad weighs about 3.5 pounds. And that's going to conclude our brief look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy.

Fits 8" round jack foot.One thing that would have been helpful when we received our original four snap pads would have been the tip of putting dish soap around the edge of the pad so as to easily snap into place. If this would have been present in the box we wouldn't have damaged the 1 pad that we were having a hard time getting on. My suggestion would be to have something written about the installation and using dish soap to glide on easily. Also there is a video on the snap pad site for installation. This would have been helpful to know.
I already had the rear snap pads for my rv.
i just needed the fronts.

I purchased the replacement I am reviewing because I lost one from the original set. I don't remember driving over terrain that cause to be pulled off. I am thinking the fit wasn't good and highway expansion joints jolting the chassis caused pad to fall off.

Thanks for the replacement
The pads work great! They grip tightly to the jacks, help spread the weight and do not damage asphalt pads. They work well on gravel as well so I recommend them. I also recommend etrailer.com, the provide great customer service.

The pads are still working well, even at -15 degrees. They help spread the weight on softer sites and protect the asphalt sites when the weather is hot. No problems at all.

Oops, I did the review on the other item of the order. Story short: We lost one of the SnapPads that we just had purchased and installed on our trip staying in level sites at commercial campgrounds. We will never find out what the root cause was, but I assume it was a manufacturing flaw since the other three are still firmly attached to the jacks and I don't think I could get them off without brute force. Amazon and their supplier didn't understand the issue and offered to return the "complete" item or giving us a 20$ refund while telling us that they cannot sell us a single replacement pad. etrailer sold us the single pad we needed. Thank You. We will make sure to look at etrailer first in the future. Very different service when the people you talk to actually understand the issue and the product.

Both items from etrailer are still in great working order after one year and more than 5000 miles. The Sturgis kit allows us to use normal LP tanks and save the LP in our onboard tank, since it is not always easy and or cheap to fill that guy. The Pads stayed on, rain or shine, gravel, dirt or blacktop. Very convenient not having to crawl under the vehicle to place regular jack pads. This is a great example that good customer service is more important than ever. Thanks again.

Found one of them damaged soon after the warranty was out. We used them hard though on gravel and pavement so about what I expected
They are good pads but I lost one for no apparent reason.
eTrailer was easy to deal with on the Snap Pads for our 2017 Tiffin Phaeton. I thought I ordered the correct pads, but the front was smaller than the back. These 8" pads fit the front and went on quick & easy. They add to the leveling process.
