Hello, neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Today, we're looking at our Stromberg Carlson RV jack pads, and they're gonna be for 2,500 all the way up to 9,000-pound scissor jacks with what's called the bowtie base. Now I'll throw an image up real quick. You pretty simply put the jack foot over these pads, put it down in place, use a screwdriver maybe to help you get it over the rubber lip, and then once it's there, it's installed, just pop it on, use a screwdriver to stretch it over the base and secure it with the four included ties through the holes, and then on that indented part there to keep it nice and flush and outta the way. Each pad's gonna have two of these little plastic guys. (plastic adapter taps) Those are gonna be basically adapters.
If you have a shorter, maybe an eight-inch long base, you could use those. Otherwise, you don't necessarily have to have them and you just put the foot in there if it's the 8 3/4 long version. So overall external dimensions, 11 long, 6 1/2 wide. Internally, so where that jack foot's actually sitting, I got 8 3/4 inches long by 4 3/8 wide. Nice pads, folks, they're made of a molded EPDM rubber.
They're flexible, way, way more durable than like your crumb rubber, where they just put little balls of rubber together and mold it into a shape. They're not gonna crack, break, or crumble. They're gonna protect the foot pad from rocks and roots. They're gonna serve as a cushion, grip the uneven terrain, and they'll even stop 'em from sinking into the ground and help protect your concrete, your driveway, asphalt, whatever it is, and make a nice smooth spot. They do have built-in drain holes that double as the holes for the cable ties to go through once it's installed, and that's gonna help keep out water and moisture.
It is beveled or raised here in the very center, so water will travel downhill and out. Two-year warranty on the pads, folks. A great, great product here by Stromberg Carlson. I'm Steven, thanks for looking today with me at the RV jack pads and have a great day.

Get more traction and stability for your camper's scissor jack by snapping these durable, molded rubber pads onto the base. Fits almost any scissor jack with a bowtie base and installs permanently so you never have to find a spot to store it.About a year ago, I purchased four of the 2" Stromberg Carlson RV Jack Pads (Item # SC37VR) and four of the 1" Stromberg Carlson RV Jack Pads (Item # SC57VR) for our 26,000 lb GVWR Class A motorhome. I was tired of the ragged look of the DIY wooden blocks that I made and wanted some support for the motorhome jacks when parking on rocky, dirt, and concrete sites. I found these on e-trailer and decided to give them a try. First of all, they were not cheap, but, in my opinion, they were well worth the cost.
The jack pads these pads are incredibly durable. Constructed with high-quality, heavy-duty rubber, they provide a stable and reliable foundation for my RV's jacks, even on uneven terrain. To reduce the sway of the motorhome when parked, I like to have the jacks extended as little as possible when leveling. The stackable grid pattern design of the Stromberg RV Jack Pads, consistent across the 1" and 2" pads, provides a stable footprint for the motorhome when using a combination of 1" pads and 2" pads at each leveling jack location.
The ability to separate the stackable Stromberg Carlson RV Jack Pads (versus the 4" and 5" wooden pads we used to use) makes storage a breeze with these. While they are not particularly lightweight due to heavy-duty construction, I've had no issues using and storing them.
Overall, I cannot recommend the Stromberg Carlson RV Jack Pads highly enough. They have exceeded my expectations in terms of durability, performance, and convenience. If you're looking for a reliable solution to enhance your RV leveling experience, I would suggest giving the Stromberg Carlson RV Jack Pads a close look. While your mileage may vary regarding these pads, we are very pleased with them after a year of heavy use.
These heavy duty pads perform perfectly and have weathered a lot of use and all conditions, remaining good as new with a quick brushing or a wet wipe. And the jacks are well protected from any kind of damaging ground surface. The integrated handles simplify set up and storage. They stack and store very well. I am very pleased with this purchase.
We have used these before and they’ve been great, because it’s a dense closed cell rubber they don’t crush or break easily. That’s why we purchased the same thing again. But what made this experience buying them so great was the excellent customer service we received from Joshua K. When we discovered we had left our pads at our previous RV site (you’re welcome to whomever now has four great jack pads) we immediately went online and found them at etrailer. We paid for expedited three day shipping to arrive on Friday as we were leaving the following Monday. Friday came and left with no shipment arriving so I called and left Joshua a voicemail on Monday. He responded back on Tuesday that he’d received verification of delivery early Monday evening. Because of the delayed shipment we had to change our travel plans so I requested a refund of the $44 expedite fee, even though I know once a product leaves their dock they have no control of the shipment. Joshua replied one day later confirming our refund, thus ensuring we will continue to be satisfied etrailer customers. Great service!!
Exactly what i have always wanted
I am happy with the items I ordered, stromburg Jake pads. No trailer problem but item was delivered by ups to the wrong address. Address on item package was Good, just not delivered to correct address.
You have “earned” my loyalty! etrailer is my go to provider for so many of my I on going needs, beyond just my Airstream. Thank You and God Bless!
Look awesome and looking forward to getting both of my orders mounted to the trailer real soon.
Works great. Especially helpful on hot asphalt
The product does what it is made for. No issues and trailer dry weight is 13,000lbs with everything we put in it is around 14,500 and pads held up just fine
Excellent quality. These have served us well.
They work great holding my trailer all the time. It is parked on sloped ground and holds good. It has been one year and still looking the new.
Work well for our 2019 Flagstaff SE Pop up camper stabilizing jacks.
Pad is heavy and appears strong. Time will tell how it holds up. Waffle like pattern on bottom should help it stay afloat over soft sand and maybe some mud.
Solid and well built!
great pads think they will work well
We bought the 12x14 2” thick pads to use as jack pads for our 38 ft class A diesel motor home, and they work great. Yesterday we stacked two together and drove the front tires of the motor home up onto them so we could get under the front end of the coach to grease fittings. The pads did great; didn’t bend or crack and our coach weighs 29,000 lbs. The pads are sturdy and aren’t too heavy for my wife to carry, so I think they’ll be just right for our needs.
These pads are well made and hold up under the pressure created by our 10,000 lb. 5th Wheel. I have used them on soil platforms, concrete platforms, gravel, and masonry platforms as well with the same good performance. No breakage or tearing occurred and they are easy to install.
Exactly what I needed to protect my stackable levelers from getting rocks stuck in the bottom.
These deform under pressure when stacked on a hard surface. I tried to position the jacks where I thought they'd get the most support, but it didn't seem to help much. It was difficult to get a picture that shows it clearly. They might work well on softer surfaces that have more "give", but the design doesn't seem well-suited for concrete. They're still usable, but a completely solid piece would be a lot more robust as compared to this webbed design. My main issue with them deforming under pressure is that I have to re-level the RV after they settle. It's not a big deal and, as I said, they are useable, it's just that I am comparing them to another set I have that is completely solid rubber and never deform under any conditions. Granted, the other set I have was a lot more expensive, but I was hoping these would be a more cost effective version of the other ones. They are good, just not as good as the others.
Nice quality and they don't smell like old tires or have that heavy rubber odor that seems to last forever and permeate everything. Very nice finish on them, handle has a good feeling grip and will be easy to manipulate with a long handled hook tool we already use. Haven't actually used them as of yet, but think they'll do just fine for those occasions when we will be required to use a jack pad. Our coach has rather large feet and will take up most of these pads. A bit nicer than I was expecting.
Pads work Great!!
Very thick, excellent quality.
A great addition would be to add some straps or rope to the handle for pulling them towards you during removal.
These pads are very well built. About 1” thick put do help spread the weight out. Along with my snap pads and these combined I don’t sink into grass or gravel sites like I did. Definitely recommend.
Easy to clean & stow; however, they do distort & curl up around the edges with the weight of the rig on them. Only use them where campgrounds require pad between jacks and surface.
Excellent product! Performs as described and got here ina hurry. Excellent experience all the way around!
I should have ordered two when I placed the order
