Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're taking a look at this TRED GT Leveling Ramp Pack with the chocks and the anti-sink plates. Now this TRED GT Leveling Pack has been engineered to keep your vehicle or your trailer secure and level. The TRED link design of this allows you, as you can see, to nest all the components together in one part. Makes it very easy to grab and go convenience. Total weight on this, everything together, it's about 12 pounds.
Now this TRED GT Leveling Pack will include the two leveling ramps, which are the two gray parts here, the four anti-sink plates, two up here, two down here, and then the two leveling ramp chocks, one on each end. Let me show you how these come apart. Basically the plates, you can just pop right off. There's one. (plate clatters) There's two.
(plate clatters) And if we flip it over, (pack thuds) you can pull off the third one. (plate clicks) (plate clatters) (plate clicks) And then there's your fourth one. And what's even nice about those plates, once they're off, you can actually squeeze 'em together and they all hook together as one part. (plates thud) Now to remove the ramp. So I have to do is grab right here, (ramp clatters) pry up, and then your two ramps are right there.
(ramp thuds) You can see the wheel chocks are on the end here. Now what's nice is I want to zoom in and show you the design. They use a honeycomb design at the top of the ramp, gives it superior strength. The ramps are rated for 5,000 kilograms, which is about a little over 11,000 pounds. The bottom of the ramp, you can see right here, is a nice full flat surface.
This will help support the vehicle or the trailer on any soft surfaces. And these ramps can be used with the chocks installed, just like this. Although the chocks can be easily removed from the ramps after your tires are up on them and use 'em on the ramp as a chock. So basically what you could do, I'll slide this one out of the way, the way these come off is they slide. So you just slide it (chock clicks) and it comes off. And then as I mentioned, once your tire's up on there, you can just put it behind the tire. And if you need to move it up some, just slide it up. (chock clomps) and it'll ratchet into place. On the top here, it has these little ratchet- here, that you can use. (chock clomps) But as I mentioned, even with them installed, you can leave them like that. And we still have the tire up there. What's nice is on the end of these, if you notice they have these little cutout areas, one on this end, one on this end. You can actually put straps through there. So in that case, if you have your tire up on there and you wanna remove 'em, and you might be hard to, you can just grab that strap and pull that strap (chock clicks) and that strap will release the chocks just like that. Now these ramps will give you up to four and a half inches of lift. It's measured from here to the top right here. The shorter length of the ramp itself allows it to fit in between some of the larger size off-road tires that are out there on some of the tandem axle setups. The ramp length, from here to here, is about 14 and a half inches. And again, that's with the chock removed. Now the anti-sink plates, let me just slide these over here. And these anti-sink plates we talked about, these can be used under your stabilizers to give you support. And you can see they even have a cutout if you have a round plate or if you have a square rectangular plate, you can put that under there, drop your stabilizer down there, crank it down, and it'll hold it, gives you support. And also what's nice, if you need a little height, if one won't do it, you can just take a second one, squeeze it together and gain a little height if you need it. (plates thud) Now a few dimensions on this. We'll start with the ramp itself. (ramp scrapes) So if we take our ramp here, the height as we mentioned, from here to here, is gonna be four and a half inches. The ramp width, (ramp scrapes) which is this way, is gonna be nine and three quarter inches. The ramp length, from here to here, is 14 and a half inches. And the base length, which is here to here, 16 and a half inches. (ramp thuds) The plates, the anti-sink plates right here, those are gonna be nine and three quarter inches long, eight and five eights inches wide. So what we're gonna do now is we'll just go ahead and nest it back together. So I'm gonna take our chock that was off here, we'll just slide it into place. (chock clicks) And then this one's already in place. So then what you'll do is you'll take, there's four, two holes here and two knobs here. They line up with the holes, knobs here. So just line that up with the holes. (ramps thud) Once you get it lined up, push down there, (ramps click) push up there and you hear it pop into place. And now those are all together. And then the remaining things are just the plates and those snap right into the holes on top, (plate clicks) Put 'em over here. (plate clicks) Flip it over. (ramp thuds) Have two remaining. Just line up the holes (plate clicks) (plate clicks) and the last one. (plate clicks) (plate clicks) And now you have it all nested together as one part. And that should do it for the review on this TRED GT Leveling Ramp Pack with the chocks and the anti-sink plates.
