I did hold and was helped by Brent who was friendly, helpful and when I finished the call I was confident my item would arrive as described - NOT TRUE. They will not make a phone call as requested, but did respond via email. The item will be returned for a full refund. Not sure if I will work with this company in the future.
Been trying to put together the locks I needed for our RV storage...and stop using the same key everyone else has! this went on for 3 months, trying to get it all together and keyed alike. Inflation kept raising the price and there was no inventory for what I wanted. I must say, etrailer and Justin were trying hard. We finally took a breather and waited a month. A week ago I tried again. Yesterday I received all 13 locks...all keyed the same...lengths were good, and best of all, they were able to key them the same as the original one I bought for a test. Determination! Thanks Justin!
Replacement cam locks for the ones that jammed and broke off the key on my RV storage compartments. They only lasted 2 years so I’m hoping the new ones are better. I do wish the new keys could have been matched to my door lock key code, so now I have one extra key to keep track of.
Locks are great, we wanted to rekey out storage lockers on the RV. These work great. What was even better is etrailers customer service. When ordered they turned out to be out of stock, got an email within a few hours from a real person explaining options. We chose to wait until the locks were in stock. Got an email a week later that they were in stock and shipping out.
Much better quality then the original locks on my travel trailer. Easy to install.
Great lock,I live in the mountains and of course we get snow,I didn't have any problems with lock freezing up,there very good lock which I strongly recommend,I ordered them for my snugtop truck bed cover.
It was easy to order keyed alike cam lock replacements from the site. The site gave pictures and dimensions so I felt confident that I was ordering the correct item.
Box was damaged and only 2 of 4 lock cores arrived. I like that you did your best to reduce packaging, but you might have taken it a bit too far. Maybe put the lock cores in a bag and tape it into the box next time.

I bought the locks with the intention of re-keying all my locks to the same key. While the procedure itself is simple, you need a "special" key to do it. You have to be a licensed locksmith to obtain this key. It would have been nice to know before I wasted my money.

I have a GEO PRO 19FD and the 1 1/8" long locks were an exact replacement. These are much better than the original locks. I also like that the key can be used either way so there is no wrong way to insert them into the lock. I don't have to worry about somebody with the standard RV storage compartment key opening these locks. All the locks are keyed alike so only one key needed for all three locks I bought.
Seems well made and fit well as a replacement. While the outside ring of the lock is stainless steel, the interior cylinder and other parts appear not to be. Not pleased to see this.
I recently purchased from etrailer a set of cylinder locks for my RV, all Keyed the same. These locks are much superior to the stock locks that come with RV's. Now my keys are unique to my unit and I can use one key for all 9 bays. Unfortunately when I got the order two of the 11 cylinders were the wrong size. I contacted etrailer on the discrepancy and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We briefly discussed the situation about the order and they promptly sent out two replacements of the correct size keyed the same as the ones I already had. What a delightful experience I wish all companies would take a lesson in customer service from etrailer, they took a slight mishap and turned it into a great experience. I enjoy ordering and working with etrailer whether it is just discussions on parts and components before ordering or dealing with post order issues, Their helpfulness and professionalism is outstanding. When I call I get someone on the phone almost right away and are more than happy to spend as much time as needed with your questions. Even when I email them I get a prompt response. I will continue to deal with etrailer for most of my RV parts needs. Excellent Job Etrailer Team.
GOOD LOCK REPLACEMENT. FITS WELL, BUT KEY BROKE OFF FLUSH WITH CYLINDER. HAD TO PUT ONE OF THE OLD O.E.M. LOCKS BACK IN IT'S PLACE.
I had questions about the locks - they were quickly answered. The locks were delivered as promised and I will install them this weekend.

I ordered 3 of these for my travel trailer storage compartment doors to replace the standard 751 locks. They were very easy to install. The action on the locks is smooth and firm. So far (after a month or so and 3 camping trips) they are working well. They seem a little pricey, but the less expensive ones that I ordered on A***zon literally fell to pieces when I started to install them, so these are well worth the higher cost.
A while back I had my trailer keys stolen out of my truck. I have a toy hauler and have many locks and compartments. Talked with Barry and Bryan and they set me up with all knew locks, 2 door locks, 2 vise locks for garage door, 5 cargo door latches, 2 of cam locks to replace the 751's. went with all global link locks and now my entire trailer is a 1 key operation. They got them all keyed alike. So much better than the 5 keys I was messing around with. Thank you guys
RV storage door locks were easy to install and work as designed. I bought these to replace the storage door locks on my trailer which are keyed like most other RVs and trailers. Unlike other similar products I found on-line, this product has numerous key/lock combinations so the likelihood that someone will have the same key/lock combination is greatly reduced. I ordered three locks that were keyed the same and have greater confidence in the security of my camping equipment stored in the trailer storage compartments.
