The lock can be keyed alike to match other Global Link locks.I put the lock I got from you in today. Looks good. It's a bit of a tight fit when the door closes. I like it because it is all mechanical, no electronics. The coded one that came with our Lance trailer locked us out, and I had to destroy it and bung up the door to get in.
Only complaint so far, is that it is difficult align the 4 screws that hold the two halves together with their mating holes. Maybe they could make the posts they screw into bigger in diameter and put a guide 'funnel' above the screw holes.
Received door latch kit today and had it installed within an hour of receipt. It fit perfectly and was so easy to install. The installation video helped a lot. Thanks!!

Our RV door Latch still works great!! We were so pleased that etrailer had these kits.
Well, so far so good as expected from etrailer. They are a super company and quality driven. Not much else to say except for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and quality products. Thank you etrailer!

After a year the lock is still performing like new.
The product fit my trailer door perfectly. It was also delivered before the estimated delivery date. Will definitely order from them again!!

Great, have had no issues
So far in the past year the screws have come loose and I’ve had to put lock tight on them to keep them in and all the lubricant in the world doesn’t make this this close and easier it always needed to be slammed…. Looking into getting something different, my other lock on my other travel trailer works beautifully, but not this one
2016 Keystone Raptor 365. Identical fit, form, and function replacement for original locks. A solid fit; appreciate all new related hardware, including a strike plate. Replacing both door's locks took about 20 minutes. I paid the small extra fee and now both doors are keyed alike, reducing the number of keys I need to carry.
etrailer's pricing is fair, their shipping was fast, and they have great communications!
Very nice door latch and I can highly recommend it.
Replacing the old one was easy and the new one fit right in. 4 screws in out and back in.

After a year the latch is working great. I would buy this again.
I'm not one to review products but I will say a few words about etrailer.com.
I've had to deal with a place that I won't name but initials are C.W.
Enough said I'm sure. Etrailer.com is a great resource for everything r.v. and then some.
I've done almost a full remodel of my 5th wheel and most has come from here. Parts are easy enough to find and get delivered in a decent amount of time. The only problem ever had was with the u.s.p.s. damage to a package but etrailer.com was quick to replace.
To be clear, 5 star is for etrailer.com. Great people, great resource.
We had to drill out the lock to get into our RV one day as the picture shows. While my husband was drilling out the old lock, I went online to order a new one from etrailer and they had exactly what we needed!
Just picked up our new lock from the post office and my husband installed it in 20 minutes!
It works great and a extra surprise of 4 keys with 2 having lights in them!
The only issue we had was that the plate is a little smaller than the original as the picture shows.

First want to thank Sherry S for the assistance and knowledge to verify the correct locks for my 2011 Keystone Outback. The advice of taking the lock off and the inside door had a part number to correspond with new locks worked perfectly. Not only was able to get both locks keyed the same but the installation was simple. The only difference is glad I kept old screws as new ones were a little longer thus not compressing all the way. See pictures. I have never been disappointed using e-trailer and glad they have live support persons as prefer it when ordering parts.
Bought this trailer owner said trailer broken into about a week before I bought it. Took lock apart and found etrailer price for complete assy less than local dealer wanted for parts. Easy install, although might help others if it had some kind of basic instruction. Part is exact match and will definitely be using etrailer for all my needs.
The etrailer.com product description made me feel confident that I was ordering the right thing. In just a few days, it arrived, it fit perfectly, and took about 10 minutes to complete! This was an altogether great experience!
Overall, it’s a great product. It fit easily into the place of the original door latch. Everything in the kit worked well with the exception of the striker plate. No matter how I adjusted the striker plate, the latch would not fully close unless you slammed the door (never had to do this before). I finally used a Dremel and file on the lipped portion of the striker plate and the door closes as it did previously. I could not file down the core of the trailer side since there was not enough space left. Again, overall happy with the product and I still gave it 5-stars since it’s designed as a replacement for MANY RVs and will never fit everyone just right.
I ordered two for my trailer & have been installed, working very well.
My 2017 camping trailer door lock was damaged and after discussing the matter with Emily at etrailer.com I decided to purchase this lock along with several extra keys to another door. Emily was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the products and I received the correct lock and keys in 3 days. Installation of the door lock was simple and took no more than 10 minutes, our camper is secure and safe again. Thank you etrailer and Emily.

It’s been 1 year since I purchased a RV camper door lock and some replacement keys for our camper and we have not had any problems with the door lock or the replacement keys. All is safe with our camper thanks to Emily and etrailer.com.
My installation was a snap, thanks to AJ’s video. In fact, my door latch kit slid in easier than AJ’s in the video. A perfect fit!

Excellent! Absolutely no issues
This door latch arrived very quickly. It was an exact replacement for the worn/broken latch that I was replacing, so sliding into place was a breeze. dThe only minor issue that I found with this item is that the screws that came with it were too long, so I had to use the shorter screws from the old latch that I was replacing. I was installing this latch on the side door of a 2022 Taxa Cricket.
Prompt delivery readable instructions & excellent quality materials in manufacturing I will definitely use this company again

Still working great a year later!
Quality of this door latch is better than the one I replaced in my 15 year old RV. It has a very smooth locking action and fit my door perfectly.
Exact replacement. Took no more than 5 minutes to install. Works perfect!!

Working great! No problems at all.
On our original 2 key door locks, the deadbolt lock came out of the door. Wasn’t able to lock the door handle from the inside now with our new door lock assembly our dual lock Works perfectly! Fast shipping! Easy to install. Friendly & knowledable customer service 5 stars. Great Company for your RV needs!! Happy camper again!!
