We purchased this Furrion RV Convection Microwave as a replacement for our Motorhome. I have used it only once since having it installed, as our Rig was at Camping World for a list of repairs and replacements on this new-to-us-motorhome. We dropped it off on Dec. 30th 2022, and picked it up sometime in August/September 2023. Would be happy to give you a review after I've had more time to use it.
Arrived in excellent condition due to the outstanding packaging done by the etrailer shipping department.
Easy to install in about 15 minutes.

Outstanding and still performs as expected.
The Furrion microwave/convection oven was installed in our RV as instructed but does not work. The interior light stays on, the clock set correctly but despite following instructions for use the oven does not work in microwave or convection mode.

Microwave is not as pictured. We thought it was an exact replacement for our current microwave/convection and it was not. We had to take off the "extra" screwed on heat shield (our rig has a heat shield on the wall). If you do not take this off, you cannot install the microwave! I called twice to explain the situation, the first time they did offer to pick it up and issue a refund, but we made it work. I called a second time to make them aware that the model number they shipped was different and it does not fit the bracket that comes with it appropriately. We love ordering from Etrailer, but I still don't think they understand the issue :(

The first order was damaged in shipping, Etrailer made it right that day. Emailed shipping label and processed replacement order. Etrailer reboxed new unit to prevent damage. Shipment was perfect. Highly recommend this company. Exact replacement microwave/convection oven.

Great
The Conv/Micro worked we for about3 months, then the convection stopped working. Called Furrion and they sent me out a replacement, which has been workeing well ever since. Wife really likes using the convection.
The first unit was received damaged, etrailer responded quickly to have a replacement sent. etrailer reps were respectful to us, by honoring my request to reinforce the carton to better protect the 2nd unit. The new unit was an exact replacement with very little modifications.
When my Highpoint oven failed I was concerned that I could find a replacement and install it myself. I found e trailer on line and called them. I was connected with no wait time and spoke to a polite and knowledgeable english speaking lady who was very helpful. I was referred to a Furrion unit that would work and they had videos to explain the installation. The unit was reasonably priced and shipped the next day. It was a perfect fit. I thank Alexzander and Allison for their help and I will call them again if I need advice with information.

This thing was garbage. Totally damaged parts on the inside. See photons of damage. I didn’t figure out the damage until I had to take the cover off because it wasn’t working. Then it was too late to return to etrailer. Had to fight with Furrion to replace and they replaced it with another damaged one. Finally got a new one after 6 months of fighting.
Arrived in good condition although the box was a shambles, ripped from handholds down to the styrofoam. Mirco is beautiful not a scratch and much upgraded from previou model. Etrailer keeps me well informed, agents are helpful and friendly. UPS FREE shipping was fast and tracking was provided. I recommend this Furrion Microwave and Etrailer to all!
So far I really like the convection microwave. The sales individual I originally spoke with at etrailer about the product told me it could not be vented out the back. I called Furrion directly and they sent me an installation guide that demonstrated that it was convertible and was able to be ventd out the back. When I did order with etrailer I spoke with a different very helpful individual who made ordering extremely simple and made the process easy.
I received the item on time but it was damaged. The back and one side was bent. I managed to get it installed and so far it is working. Haven't tried the convection yet. Microwave does great.

My microwave is still working wonderfully a year later.
Gave it four stars because there was damage to the cabinet on top. Strange because there was no damage to the 2 boxes it was shipped in. Had to be damaged at factory before it was packaged I'm guessing.
The microwave so far works good and was an exact replacement (including wall bracket) for a High Pointe that went out in my 5th wheel. Made for an easy installation. Prompt shipping from etrailer and arrived in 3 days as was noted in the ad.

Sad door creaks every time you open it. Dang ! A deficit for sure. Not sure why or how I have to effect a fix.
One year in, no issues. Replaced a similar Oven/Microwave in our RV. We're full-timers so it really gets the workout. Only negative is Temps/times are tough to figure out on the convection oven. Oven temp is 25 - 50 degrees off from display setting which adds time to those in your recipe.

No problems after one year in our RV. Weve been on the road for most of the year so it has gotten a work out and still works as well as the day we installed it.
I was weary about ordering since numerous reviews mentioned damaged box and damaged product. My box was damaged and there is a small dent. We will not be able to install for a couple of weeks but we did test it and it seems to work fine. Better packaging is needed for sure.

We did get it installed, the screw holes that were there for the prior microwave did not line up. Not sure why my hubby thought they would. Lol But other than that it seemed to go pretty smooth. We had made some popcorn in it before we took it to the camper.
I had to replace my original Furrion unit after three years. The control board when out and they do not offer a replacement board. R-trailer had the best price out there. I ordered and oven arrived in 4 days. After installing noticed small dent on side of oven. I place cup of water inside to test. All seemed fine at first. About 40 minutes later oven came on by itself. This happened again about 30 minutes later. Spoke to my neighbor who repairs ovens and he recommended oven be replaced. Contacted etrailer. 24 hours later a replacement oven was in it’s way. Received new oven, installed, working great. It’s been a long time since I experienced such great service. Anna, George. And Carol all responded very quickly
I was shocked in receiving my microwave with dents and the box was slashed on one side. I called customer services of Etrailer and they made me feel at ease that they are able to send a replacement. Without hesitation they sent the new microwave..I received it before the actual date that was promised. Which in this case was right in time brie the New Years!
The new product was installed today and working excellent. I am really happy and would definitely order from your company again in the future.

Love this dual function microwave. It makes cooking and baking in our RV so easy and convenient.
The convection microwave came to us dented. However, we were without one and needed it, so we installed
it anyway. It works fine and was exactly the same as the old one it was replacing, with the exception of the dented part near the exhaust fan filter.

I received my microwave in a few days. It is more updated than the previous one I had from the inside look & improvements with the door handle & the outside panel. This one has led lights which is much better.
Missing mounting plate!!!
Now I have to wait for the part to be shipped. Not very happy.
The product showed up in a damaged box with all the packing foam in pieces and the microwave dented and bent.
Unfortunately, we don't know who the shipper was.

We bought this microwave to replace the one that wasnt working in our new-to-us Motorhome Coach. Since then, we have only gone camping once. Our restaurant manager quit for health reasons, so we had to go back to running the store. No time for camping.
