Had to manufacture another trim piece but was no problem as we have been camping 45 years with over a dozen motorhomes/travel trailers so have had a little experience with repairs.
Product was great shipping excellent. BEWARE as the description on some items is not correct ex: says item comes with trim kit in description it does not. The feature section later on down the page says its optional. READ VERY CAREFULLY!!!!

Yeah, unfortunately it does seem that the trim kit is optional with this product. Please check out part # FMSM09BLTK, for the trim kit that you are needing.
Purchased to replace same model that stopped heating in our 2021 RV. Unboxed to install the new one & has same exact issue. Appears to be working but does not heat.

Kim, it does not sound like you have had luck with the microwaves. I know that sometimes it could possibly be the door is not able to close all the way to engage the safety switch. Which then prevents the heat function to work. If you have already checked this then more then likely the magnetron is broken. Unfortunately, a burned out magnetron can not be repaired so the microwave is going to have to be replaced.
The microwave was listed as in stock at time of order, but was out of stock when original ship date passed and I followed up. Microwave was damaged upon delivery, but I will make it work. Bottom of microwave was not protected from any contact thru cardboard. One leveling foot was broke off and shielding on bottom of microwave was bent.

I hate to hear that the microwave arrived damaged. I know that you needed to keep and use it however we will still reach out to you via email to work towards a resolution for you.
This replaced original equipment that melted down under warranty. Keystone refused to replace claiming operator error. I’m 63 and the wife is 62. We know a thing or two about using a microwave. Call me dumb because it’s way overpriced and failed after 5 uses. After looking at better quality and much lower price box store microwaves of the same size it was just going to require to many mods to make those work. Here’s to hoping 2024 the thing doesn’t burn my RV to the ground.

Yeah, let's NOT have your RV burn to the ground. I have a good feeling about this Furrion microwave, and have not heard of any fire issues, but keep me updated on how it works for you. If you have pictures, we love to see peoples set up and let me know if you need any kind of help, we will not call you dumb!
This is a replacement Furrion microwave for our travel trailer. The magnetron went bad in the original unit and the door was always finicky but manageable. Got another of the same strictly for the ease of installing the same in the original build camper..The original lasted 3 years.
The microwave oven in my trailer quit after three years. Etrailer had the direct replacement one, at the best price I found, with free shipping.
Ordered on Wednesday, arrived on Friday, just as advertised. Their website displayed accurate (and timely) tracking info all the way.
Couldn’t be happier with etrailer!
Item arrived on time and was well packaged. Works great.

We use the microwave a lot since we live in our RV full time. It’s very dependable.
The back of my microwave had a big dent on the back of it when I opened the box and because I have already been without a microwave in my fifth wheel I need it now so I pluged it in and it worked so I just kept it, Instead of happening to go through the household of packaging it up delivering it back to you and happened to wait for another damn microwave to be delivered so I just kept it but yes I had a big dent I’ll be sending you pictures of what I got in the mail I was very dissatisfied

The microwave works perfect. It shipped the same day it was ordered. It was very easy to install!
This is the same microwave that came with my 2021 Keystone Premier TT, so this purchase was an easy way to replace it after it conked out and it allowed me to reuse the original trim kit.

My old Microwave died, and this one is an excellent replacement, at a cost less than repair.
Control panel hard to read
I got it damaged. I haven't set it up yet. I will check it tmw to see if it work or not.

This was a perfect fit and came so much faster than a local box store. I appreciate the ability to just plug in insert and replace the outer cover.
Purchasing from a box store required reconfiguring our cabinet and much more. It may have cost me less in money, but it would have been more in time and aggravation to go with a box store. So glad I spent my money wisely. Thank you etrailer.

Its been a year since we had to replace our microwave. It has been such a God send to have everything continue to work as expected. This was an investment that will keep on giving.

Microwave is just what we needed to replace our old one.
It's an ok little microwave, but it is not a replacement of what I had that it was advertised as. It's much smaller and less features. I could have went to Walmart about bought one like this for $70.
My last Furrion only lasted 2years, I hope this one lasts longer.
Looks good and works excellent. I was able to use my original trim kit from my old magic chef microwave to fit this furrion microwave. etrailer price match promise works great. They matched furrions website and get me extra 10% off! Thumbs up etrailer
They kept me well informed of when my microwave would arrive and it was reasonably priced.
Did not work. No power. Just dead
