Convection oven stopped working in 6 months, microwave still working
Pull and plug! In kind replacement for RV. I’m a full time RV’r…. etrailer is my “go to” for customer service, competitive pricing and critical resupply. I find I’m not hostage to the local RV shop. It is a most refreshing situation. Microwave is a solid unit offering all needed options. I was satisfied with my first one.
Excellent service. We had to return the original microwave because of damage and received a replacement within a couple of days. Extremely satisfied and would recommend this company.
It was obvious the box had been previously opened and returned. Manuals were not in the manual jacket, the box had shipping tape holding it closed.

After owning this for a year, I love it even more than when we first installed it. It was a perfect replacement for the one I accidentally destroyed. I love having the convenience of a microwave and convection oven in one small space. We own a truck camper so space is at a premium. This has performed perfectly. I have used the convection oven at least 30 times and the microwave more than that. No complaints, no issues. It was also a very easy install.
Microwave was exact fit to replace 14 yr. old model that stopped working. Also received matching trim piece. Only problem was 4 small screws not provided to attach trim to microwave. Only the 6 to attach trim to opening were provided. It also would have been nice to have those 6 trim screws in black instead of silver. Luckily, I saved screws from old unit. Overall, very happy with ordering and delivery process.
First microwave was damaged by UPS. Within 24 hours customer service had another on the way. Very impressive. Neighbors in the campground couldn’t believe nor could I. You guys are great. Microwave was an exact replacement for a 9 year old one in our motor home. Have always had great service from etrailer and it still continues. Thanks Jamie and George and anybody else involved.
Exact replacement for original, which is what I wanted. No hassle replacement. I chose E-trailer because of previous good experience. They are courteous and helpful.
I asked my RV repair company about the quality of Rec Pro compared to High Pointe microwaves and they said High Pointe was the only one they deal with. The unit I received was identical to the previous High Pointe, which lasted 9 years and was starting to fail.

Gah! I hate it when product doesn't work like it should. It looks like this was a while ago and somehow the response took a bit to get back with you. It looks like the manufacturer does offer a one year warranty on this microwave oven; and since I have boggled up the timing on this for you, the manufacturer is willing to approve a one time warranty issue for you as a courtesy on our behalf. I will be sending you the warranty information via email.
