figuring how to use this microwave was a bit different. All microwaves vary to some degree.I haven't had a lot of time to use it yet. As far as e-trailer goes, I have used them in the past and they are a very reputable company.
Perfect fit and replacement for for previous 2016 model. Only took about 10minutes to install!
The oven fit into the opening of the cabinet with no difficulty. The installation was easy to perform by following the enclosed instructions. The product installation kit that held the oven in the cabinet is one piece and sturdy. It appears to be able to withstand the rigors of travel in my travel trailer.

We had to replace our microwave in our 2010 Keystone Cougar. etrailer was very detailed in information about the dimensions, communicated through the shipping process, and the packing of the unit was amazing. The microwave has been used several times and works fantastic. I learned about etrailer and their business practices from YouTubers that RV full time- so kudos to building a great reputation with them- because they lead me to you!
Perfect replacement for our original microwave. So glad that we were able to get this one and not have to do any modifications or adjustments to install.
This microwave and trim kit is as nice as our existing GE. We needed a small micro for a shallow cabinet in our kitchen at our home. This fit the bill. I had to make some modifications due to the cabinet and it all worked out great. Would buy again. BTW: I bought it in the evening online and it shipped that night!
eTrailer service department personnel are top notch employees. I had contact with 3 different service reps and all three were very polite & accommodating for my needs. This wasn’t my first purchase from eTrailer and, should the need arise again, it won’t be my last!
The microwave works great no complaints easy to program easy to use.
This High Pointe is the approximate size of the Dimedic it was replacing, but the flashing is 1 inch shorter. I used a three-quarter by three-quarter fill in wood piece to make it work.

The microwave arrived on time and fit perfectly in our 2017 Heartland North Trail 22FBS RV.
