Today we're going to review part number CAM39491. This is the Camco Revolution RV sewer hose swivel lug fitting with the twisted clamp. This lug fitting will connect to your RV sewer hose to provide connection point for a bayonet fitting. A bayonet fitting would fit right on here. It will line up with those four lugs and then twist on to give a nice odor tight connection. These four sturdy lugs right here will provide the points for the bayonets to hook to. The fitting as you can see actually swivels 360 degrees for convenient hookup without twisting and kinking your hose. These easy grip wings right here will help you connect to and disconnect from other fittings quickly and easily. It does include this twisted clamp, has a little twist knob on here that you can use to tighten it or loosen it, and basically when you connect this on this end to your hose you would use this twisted clamp to tighten it down and secure the fitting to the hose. Easy to install and simple to use, no more trying to get the lined up just right the swivel spins and everything is good.
After using "the" big national RV retailer for 24 years, this is my second order from etrailer, and everything arrived on time and in good order. My order was packed and shipped the same day, and arrived in just three business days. I am sure the products are great, but what impresses me is the customer service. If my first two experiences with this company are an indication, this is a company dedicated to outstanding customer service and long term customer loyalty.
Product was put to use a few days after receiving it. Worked well. The twisting is not a great help since coupling only requires a slight turn. The product was shipped to me quickly and arrived as scheduled.
The product arrived as promised and the quality was very good. I made two short hoses to connect to "y" connector since I have to bathrooms in our RV. The install to the hose was easy. I will be trying them out this weekend.

Not too sure how rugged it will turn out to be but it was not expensive - low cost RHINO item - and is doing the job. The rubber seal was heavily greased and would not stay in its place so took some effort to make the Sal work.
This product made life living in a 27' travel trailer so much easier to do my grey & black water tanks when I transport to a clean out receptacle. It integrates the corresponding connection (s) effortlessly & solves the twisting/ turning of the corregated drain hose. It has held up well & considering how much it gets used - I am very pleased. Delivery & packaging was great. Finally, it's easier to have one place I can go for my trailer needs. Thanks etrailer.
While the hose is functioning well the 90 degree connector is worthless. Unfortunately the twist connector will not tighten. The twist openings are so large there is no way for it to stay on. I do not recommend this item if the connector is important to you.
Does the job. Sturdy fittings. Nice to have an extra length at times.
Everything I ordered came in one box and was all in good condition. The delivery time was great. I have used etrailer.com now for many things needed for my truck and travel trailer. Rhino products for any RV sewer systems are great. They are durable, probably the longest lasting that you would ever buy. The way that you can remove and replace the end connections with what you need for your particular application is fantastic. I can't say enough good about etrailer and their great expediting with shipments. Plus the fact that I couldn't find a particular fitting anywhere but on the etrailer website.

This sewer hose elbow works great and makes the crappy job of draining your waste tanks a breeze.
So far this has been an excellent hose for the price. It doesn't compact like when it was new but there are no signs of cracking and still no leaks.
Good quality product but the lug fittings are a little tight. Takes some muscle to take them apart. Hopefully they'll loosen up with use. The swivels are also tight, but again, they'll probably get better with use.

I have used this exact sewer hose for quite a few years and found it to be extremely reliable and packs up small unlike other products. Mil thickness is above-average. I replace my sewer hose every five years.
