While the hose is functioning well the 90 degree connector is worthless. Unfortunately the twist connector will not tighten. The twist openings are so large there is no way for it to stay on. I do not recommend this item if the connector is important to you.
Everything I ordered came in one box and was all in good condition. The delivery time was great. I have used etrailer.com now for many things needed for my truck and travel trailer. They never disappoint. This service is awesome. They answer questions with there help line and give lots of documentation to help with setting up and using your purchase. Many of the brick and mortar stores need to learn how to serve the customers as well as etrailer does.
Every product that I have ordered from etrailer.com has always been of great quality with a fast turn around time. I also love the support one can get from their tech/customer support team. You have a question, they have an answer.
While I have never returned anything I ordered from them, I have NO doubt they would provide a full refund with a return that was received as shipped!
So far this has been an excellent hose for the price. It doesn't compact like when it was new but there are no signs of cracking and still no leaks.
