Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this rubber stick on RV slide out wiper seal and bulb. So the wiper seal here is going to help stop any water or pests from getting into your living area as your slide out retracts, it's going to kind of brush that off, kind of squeegee any of that water, dirt, debris so it's less likely to get into your living area. And then our bulb is going to seal against the RV when the slide out is closed to help keep out any of the elements there. So this does have a overall height of about two and five eights of an inch, and then our width of our bulb there, we're looking at approximately we'll call it thirteen sixteenths of an inch just over three quarters of an inch. And this does come in three different lengths.
So will match your application. We've got the 15 foot long option, the 25 foot long and the 50 foot long option. So depending on how much you'll need for your frame of reference the one that I have here is the 15 foot long option. So if that gives you kind of a visual indication of how much you're gonna need for your slide out. But this is made here in the USA of a EPDM rubber so it is going to hold up well, it's not going to shrink, crack or fade over time and it is gonna be resistant to UV damage.
So it is gonna be an improvement over the wiper seal and bulb that were originally put on your RV by the manufacturer. And so it is gonna hold up really well for you. It does have a peel and stick installation so it'll be very easy to get installed. We've got the adhesive backing here that's going to make it very simple to get installed. So you'll just want to prepare the surface by removing any old adhesive.
You can just peel back that back in there, stick it in place. You can use scissors to cut off any extra seal to get a perfect trim for your setup. But overall, a great option here to help protect your RV as you're bringing that slide out in, keep water, dirt, debris, bugs out and make sure that it's got that nice tight seal. So that completes our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com.
Thanks for watching.

Both ends were not cut at a 90 degree angle. Had to eliminate almost two inches on either side.
Center strip with "v" grabbers is sealed in rubber, not open to accept ridge flange on camper. Had to take box cutter to cut rubber between "v" grove. Still can't get it on. Not easy install as video shows.
Very frustrated as we are leaving in 3 days and do not have a good seal on our side out.
