Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this rubber bulb seal with C-channel. This C-channel rubber seal is going to slide into your existing track channel located on your RV's frame, right around the slide-out. This will seal against your RV when the slide-out closes, and that's gonna prevent any water from leaking into your slide-out, where it could potentially cause mold or other issues in your RV. This is gonna work even in extreme weather to keep that water out. It will also create a nice firm seal to help keep out pests, so you don't have to worry about those getting into your RV, either.
Now, this style is typically found on your Forest River campers and some other RVs. As far as our dimensions go, this is right at one inch in width. Our height is just shy of an inch, looking about 7/8 of an inch tall. And you are gonna get 60 feet of this seal here, so should be plenty to wrap around your slide-out. Now, this will also work with your stick-on wiper seals with track, depending on your model of motorhome.
Those three part numbers that you see on the screen there will work with this. So that'll be just an extra layer of protection to keep that water from sitting on your slide-out. This is made here in the USA, so you can trust it's made to the high quality standards that we've come to know and trust for products that are made here in the U.S. And I think this is a really good idea to have, just to make sure, again, that you're not letting that water come in, where it can do damage, cause mold and rot, that sort of thing. So if you don't already have one, this is gonna be a great option for you.
And that's gonna complete our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching..

Replace your old and worn out C-channel mounted weather stripping before water damage creates a costly headache. Bulb seal slides onto existing track on the RV frame or can be used with Steele Rubber wiper seals with integrated track. They look great when they ship to you but after 2 mths in the heat and cold, the slides stick to them like glue and pull them off the track channel. No amount of different lubes seem to help. WD40, nope, Axle grease (moly type), Nope, even a lard based oily lube would not stop them from sticking. The slide was cleaned with alcohol and thinners to get any debris off and them lubed as well and they still stuck. I spent more time trying to get them back in the track on a garbage can in the RV parks than they spent on the trailer driving down the highway. Would I get them again, probably cause that's all thats out there.
Order arrived in a reasonable time frame and was correct.
Great quality product easy to install
Just what i needed. Fits perfect.
Appricate the excellence of the service received.
Etrailer has everything! Awesome store. ..
Very strong rubber good for the price I paid.
this is the exactly the same that is going to be replaced
This slide out seal worked perfectly. Had the seals changed in less then a half hour.
Seal don’t react to slide because of the rubber is too stiff. Slide won’t come in properly. I am out the cost of a 30’ roll.
Beware of steels rubber wiper seals
The items were on back order, eTrailer notified me of this and gave me the new delivery date that was only a few days longer then original. Very happy with the service.
So far, so good! Definitely much better than the original installed on the coach. It’s a bit tricky pushing it through the grooved track, especially if it’s a longer slide out. You have to push it then pull it from the other side. Some silicone sprayed in the track helps.
Overall, easy to install with the exception of the top piece, as I didn't want to undo the slide shade. Seal works well with no problems. Thanks!
Easy to install, dimensions on the website were accurate. Seems to be holding up a year later with no issues.
Well unfortunately I ordered the wrong seal and the one I needed was not available except through the manufacturer website but that one is working fine
The seal was a little tricky to get on , but once installed it was perfect. I would definitely recommend these to anyone.
Arrived as ordered. Rep was helpful with me ordering correct product.
After 1 year, still looks great.
Fast delivery box was damaged so haven’t looked at it yet to make sure all is good will tonight
Quality of material is still excellant after 1 year.
Purchased this item and SR47ZR Wiper Seal for my 2011 Outdoors RV Wind River 2702BS. These items were a perfect match to the original and pretty easy to install. The bulb seal was a little more difficult than the wiper seal. Helpful hint clean out the rail that the bulb seal slides or pops into. I was surprised at the amount of dirt and build up inside the track. I used a little white grease in the track and it made popping the bulb seal in much easy. The wiper seal just clips over the metal flange. I used a rubber mallet and small block of wood to make sure the c-clip sealed on the flange. A great product from Steele Rubber Products and great service and price from Etrailer.
This worked great, should have bought first. Don’t waste your time with the D channel seals on [online vendor]. The lips that go into the channel are so thin and flimsy that the seal keeps popping out. This seal from Etrailer is much stiffer and works great. I installed it by myself but two people would have been nice - one to slowly push the seal on and make sure it stays on the channel and the other person to slowly pull it across the length of the slide. Regardless, it’s a pretty easy install and saves you several hundred dollars vs having the dealership do it.
From ordering ,shipping and installation everything went really smooth. My son and I put. On new wiper and bulb seal with no problems. Seal seem to be of better quality than original seals. Will use etrailer again Thanks for a trouble free experience

I saw your review and wanted to ask the manufacturer about this. They got back to me saying theyd reach out to you too. they also sent a bunch of tips. Heres what they said We do not recommend any lubricants or ‘treatments’ for the rubber. The best way to preserve the seal is simply soap and water to keep it clean. Keeping it dry may also help to prevent the attraction of surface soiling. Solvents and products with petroleum distillates should not be used to clean or condition the rubber seal- this will degrade the rubber. There are products on the market labeled ‘seal conditioners’ but are more intended for TPEs (thermo-plastics), and not EPDM. Some seal ‘conditioners’ or ‘treatments’ may make the surface sticky- enough to cause the seal to hold to sealing surfaces, and worse, pick up soiling that could abrade the surface of the RV. For seals that by their function slide against the surface of the RV, the use of talcum powder may be used to prevent any squeaking. Hot tip: talcum powder may be dabbed onto the seal by placing it into an old sock.
