This 2-in-1 range has a cooktop with 3 large burners and an oven - the perfect solution so that you can cook the same meals on the road as you can at home! Easy to Ignite and Safe to Use
This range runs on propane, which is available at most campgrounds and fuel stops. Propane cooking is great for off-grid trips as it is highly efficient, consumes minimal energy, and produces little smoke during cooking. This range is also equipped with safety features to help avoid fires. If the flame does not light or the flame goes out, the shut-off valve automatically stops any additional gas from leaking out and filling your living space, and the LP regulator prevents high surges of gas from coming through the line, which could cause a ruptured hose or fire.
The pulse ignition knob on this range is very easy to use. After 1 of the cooktop or oven knobs are turned to the flame setting, the pulse ignition knob is turned clockwise until you hear a click. If the burner does not light on the first click, you must do it again until you see the flame.
The bright LED indicators on each knob change colors when turned to the on or off position. When the knobs are red, the gas is on and flowing. When the knobs are blue, everything is off, so you don't have to worry about the gas being accidentally left on.

I am disappointed that the unit wasn't packed better. Your company did not even place some fragile warnings labels on the outside of the box.
Installed in cargo camper conversion. Fit perfectly and looks great. Stove works fantastic, but Oven is a little rugged for use. Took forever to cook a sheet of cookies and it was inconsistent. certainly nothing like a home oven
First oven was received damaged and e-trailer made it easy to return and the second oven had additional packing to keep it safe. Was everything I hoped for. I replaced a greystone oven that was the same size. Massive upgrade, this oven is fire!
The product maybe great, but the packaging was horrible - not that shippers are super careful but it was wrecked by the time it got here.
Simply put, there was not enough packaging for a 70lb stove, and the flimsy box didn't help
Of course they are out of stock for 3 months, so I just have to return it and order from somewhere else.
I don't care for this stove or got spurs on the top within a couple months that won't wash off and the paint is already bubbling. The temperature is 50 degrees off.

I only use Clorox wipes when wiping down my stove. And I forgot the oven is like 50-60 OFF.

I do not believe Clorox wipes are harsh enough to cause that. It looks like it could have been caused by splashing of whatever you had been cooking at one point. You could try using some kind of oven cleaner that has degreaser in it.

Thank you I was hoping I would be happy with this stove I bake allot yes in my camper... but Im not. I'm looking for a better quality stove what would you recommend?

Its unfortunate that this is not something youre happy with. Unfortunately, RV ovensstoves market is pretty slim for baking, and we only really carry these Furrion Ovens. I would recommend looking at some RV baking forums to see what other users suggest. Im sorry I dont have any other options for ovens for you.
When UPS delivered the oven I said noway was that not damaged. The carton was all caved in, it was taped allover from being torn. But I unpacked it and the foam was all broken. The good news is the oven was in good shape,nothing broken just a small dent in the trim which I straightend.That was the worst packing box I had ever seen. So I got it installed and everything works great.No thanks to the shipping container, Thanks for the prompt shipping.
The whole experience in purchasing the Range Oven, arriving damaged, waiting for a replacement and then the heat insulation in the door coming loose, the expense and the long wait for the replacement was not what we have come to expect from etrailer. We discovered all too late that Furrion would have shipped as a replacement door in one day under the circumstances. In fact, they offered to ship the replacement door to the campground we were staying at which was incredible customer service. We ended up asking them not to as we received an email that the replacement door was finally shipped from etrialer and we didn't want to deal with any additional complications.
Stove came damaged , both rear top corners that support glass cover and the main stove frame cabinet below top corners are bent . Got pictures .
Arrived damaged. I will be calling Monday for a replacement.

The product itself is pretty awesome. The way it was shipped to me was pretty bad, it took two units being shipped to make one unit that worked adn was not broken when it arrived. The packaging of the stove should really be made stronger, the handle holes should also be made stronger since that is were everybody picks up the box and that is where it rips open and drops to the floor damaging the stove unit.
Order a new stove for our rv, first delivery came with some dents I called an let the company know an I was ready for them to give me a hard time, but no way they just said they would send another one. I asked that they make sure the second one was packed extra well, I think some of the dents happen during shipping, the new one was packaged extremely well. They also sent a call tag to ship the first one back. All I can say the customer service was extremely great. Thank you
We like the stove. The boxing and folks delivering are not very good. The first one was dropped because the glass was broken and the box was very flimsy. Arrived home last night to another flimsy box falling apart. They are not made for these stoves. I took pictures of this box. Lucky for us the glass is not broken. One corner is bent a bit but it looks great. We will see how it works soon. E-trailer was quick to exchange it for us. Emily was great.
Gorgeous new RV range. It looks really nice once installed. Fast delivery. Great customer service. We would have liked for the courier to know on the packaging that this range has glass and to be careful. Indicate “Fragile” and “This side up”. Customer service really helped us get a new one and shipped promptly.
Package came damaged though they quickly sent out a new one. Great customer service. Would recommend and I will definitely purchase from them in the future.

Can you please provide some photos of the issue that you are experiencing and what cleaning product you are using? If you are using very harsh chemicals, it could cause issues, but photos will help us better determine what the issue is.
