How to Measure Your TV for VESA Mounting Patterns
VESA is an industry standard for measurements given in millimeters used to mount TVs. Most modern TVs use this standard, but you need to know your TV's mounting pattern to select the correct mount. To find this pattern, use a ruler to measure the distance between mounting holes on the back. You can measure in centimeters, keeping in mind that 10cm equals 100mm.
This diagram illustrates the compatible VESA mounting patterns of this RV TV mount:
If your TV's mounting pattern requires a different configuration, you can use one of MORryde's TV mount adapter plates (sold separately) to get the right fit. The plates are installed on the mount to adapt for TVs that call for a 300mm x 300mm or 400mm x 400mm VESA pattern. Be mindful of the mount's weight limitations.

Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're going to look at this MORryde Extended Snap In TV Wall Mount. Now this will let you securely mount your TV to your RV's wall, and extend the arm so that you can find the best view. The wall-mounted bracket will securely hold your RV's television, and the extension arm will adjust so that you can find the best viewing angle. It does extend out about 10 inches, and once your TV's mounted right onto this here, all you have to do to extend it out is you just pull on this spring-loaded pin. I have a spring-loaded pin here that will hold the TV in the closed position on the wall, and then when you pull this pin, it'll extend out.
So if I pull down on this pin, and you can see if I just pull out on it, it's easier to do once your TV's on it, but then you can see how it'll extend out as far as you need to, and go to whatever angle you want. And then when you're done watching and you're ready to travel, all you have to do is push this back, and you can hear that pin will lock it into place and keep it up against the wall. Very nice feature to have. It is a nice compact design, it saves space. Now this can be tilted, even here, you've got these wing nuts here that if you loosen them, it will allow you to tilt it to whatever angle you need for correct viewing.
You just loosen them up, push it all the way back, loosen them, put it in whatever angle you need. Now it's also an easy snap-in design, which will let you remove and store your TV when it's not in use. If you don't want to leave it stored on the wall, this is the mounting bracket. This part is what will install onto your wall. But if you notice this portion here is actually a spring-loaded snap-in design.
So let me see if I can demonstrate this. As I said when this is installed with the TV on it, it's pretty simple to do. But basically what you'll do is just push down on that bracket, and then you can see it'll release this whole. and then slide it out of the top and then your TV will stay remained on this, and this'll still be mounted onto your wall. So when you install this on your wall just like this, then this'll snap right into...you take your TV and then snap it right into the bracket.
Let's see if we can put that back in. You can see it has the two rods here, that's what'll hold it. You just drop it into the top opening, and then again, just push it, and once you get it far enough you'll see that it'll snap right into the mounting bracket. Very nice features on this. So there's a simple installation. It does have four VESA-compliant mounting patterns, and the included hardware that you would need. You can see all the holes here. So this will fit a TV that has a 75 millimeter by 75 millimeter VESA pattern, 100 millimeter by 100 millimeter, 100 millimeter by 150 millimeter, and a 200 millimeter by 200 millimeter. So it'll fit all four of those different patterns. This part is made in the USA. A few specs on this. When this is fully retracted like the position it is in now, overall width, the widest point is 10 and 9/16 inches, overall height is right at the front here 8 and 7/8 inches tall, and the total depth on the wall from here to here is about 5 and 5/16 inches deep. Now when it's fully extended, you'll still have the same width and the same height, but it extends out 10 inches, so once this is extended out it's going to be fully extended about 15 and 5/16 inches deep. Now just the TV mounting plate, that's going to be 8 and 7/8 inches wide by 8 and 7/8 inches tall. And the maximum load capacity is 35 pounds for this bracket. And as I mentioned it comes with the hardware and a nice set of installation instructions. But that should do it for the review of the MORryde Extended Snap In TV Wall Mount..

This mount is exactly what I was looking for! in our RV, I intend to replace an old CRT TV that is enclosed in a cabinet, with a flat screen TV. This mount will securely hold the new TV, yet allow me to extend it from the cabinet, and swivel and tilt as necessary. I can't ask for more!
