Wonderful, Friendly, people good customer service. Product (#CAM40153) was spot on replaced a vent cover (original) in bath for (2002 Coachmen Class C) fit like a glove, opens/closes very smooth now. Well, I didn't order the correct part, wrong hinge pattern, BUT, when I called, they were most helpful and arranged return shipping (I paid, but I ordered the wrong part, so no big deal) and got the proper part on it's way to me. It arrived 3 days later and fit perfectly!
