I really like how low profile this fan is both above the roof and inside. Since I installed this in an e350 van with low roof, I needed the thinnest possible option. I am considering buying a rain cover, because if it rains I have to be sure to close this vent

by:

Product arrived on time and in good condition. Installation was pretty straightforward….and everything works! A great addition for my truck camper shell!

by:

The motor is noisy. When I try to contact the company there was no reply. I have the same fan in the RV already this was an addition to replace a non fan vent so I know how it should sound. I will buy a new motor for it and see if there is any reason to buy the product again. I waited months to receive the fan so it was disappointing the finally receive it and get it installed only to have it noisy.

by:

I bought this because of the low profile which is perfect. It is not the quietest fan though. Sounds like the fan rubs on something but it spins freely.

by:

Replaced my camper trailer AC unit (which I never use) with this roof vent. Was super easy replace and came with screws and connectors. The fan isn't whisper quiet (not sure if I got a buggy one), but fine for what I needed.

by:

I had someone install for me, but it's working fantastic

by:

When you need a replacement fan that needs to be a slow profile as possible, it’s nice to see that information in the product description that eTrailer puts out. Plus expert help is available if needed too. Well done!

by:

Replacing this vent fan was a breeze! Only tedious task was removing the old dicor. This fan is super quiet and definitely gives the bathroom a much needed facelift! Install was pretty straightforward and I didn’t need to do any additional wiring.

by:

Like the fan, like the Dark cover.

by:

My Lance 1062 came without a hood and fan, Instead it came with a 12" ceiling vent with a 4" bathroom fan. Totally inadequate for cooking in the Camper. Pulling out the OEM setup and installing the Maxxfan was super simple. Low speed for when I am just using my stove top expresso maker and high speed for those smokey foods or on hot days It gives me the function I wanted at a great price.

by:

Working fine

by:

Great product.
Item arrived just a described,
well packaged and earlier than expected.
Excellent description of product helped with the ordering and installation is quick and strait forward.

by:

Finally got around to installing this after purchasing back in March. Fit was just fine, no problems there. My issue is with the electronics. I specifically asked before purchase if the fan could be operated from a wall switch. Unfortunately, it cannot. Yes, the fan will turn off when power is interrupted via the switch, but it will not turn back on with the switch until the power button is pressed on the unit, thus making a wall switch useless. I wish I would've tested this before I installed and sealed!
Also, my old fan had an internal switch that shut off the fan when the vent was closed... this one does not. It will continue to run with the lid closed.

by:

Easy install.

by:

Great to work with and rapid shipment!

by:

Arrived on time everything looking safe and sound

by:

Just what I needed to complete my teardrop. Fast delivery excellent service.

by:

Everything was wxactly what was ordered and worked fantastic. Will be ordering from this company again next time I need something for our trailer!!

by:

The fan was just what I needed for my cargo trailer conversion. Unit came much faster than anticipated, and was well packaged. It installed relatively easily by following the included directions. Thanks for the great service etrailer.

I have gone on five excursions with the camper conversion and that fan has been invaluable. Open two windows, close the door at night and the fan cools the camper down quickly on med.low speed. Wife loves it.

by:

Arrived 3 days later than stated at order but not the end of the world. Fan blade wobbles a bit. Installs easy enough. Happy.

by:

Was easy to install. Works great. Nice product. Thanks E trailers

by:

I am building a custom mini-camp trailer. Some of the other roof vent brands would not clear my garage door opener. The MaxxAir MA00-04401M clears it by a few inches in the closed position. Quality made product. Although it is not installed yet as I still have to skin the camper, I DID TEST the hight. etrailer has my business.

by:

This fan does exactly what I needed for my van conversion. It brings in and circulates air. Is is not super loud which is bothersome if sleeping, so we love it.
thanks,

by:

Was what I expected. Installed easily on my Rv. Mostly plastic but adequate and better than our 2003 bathroom vent fan. Very quiet in comparison. Locking feature is not obviously necessary. Delivery beat predictions by 4 vs 7 days. I would recommend to others. Biggest problem was removing the old vent because of the excellent condition of the existing adhesive/sealant. Take your time removing the sealant not to damage roofing materials. I used a dremel plastic blade to cut garnish to fit with good results.

Replaced a bathroom vent on a 2003 Fleetwood Southwind 36 foot

by:

My farts offer and better breeze.

Oh, my! I dont really know how to respond to that except to say you may want to verify that your fan is getting enough power to run. It needs 12V to do its job properly and we can go from there.
