Includes built-in screen. Silver color.This vent was bought to replace one of the roof vents on my recently purchased used horse trailer. The top section of the existing vent was completely missing so rain could come right on in. It was easy enough to remove the damaged vent. Took a bit of elbow grease to remove the old sealant off the roof. The new vent is EXACTLY the size needed and installing it took less than an hour. Now the vent is fully functional once again and no more rain coming straight into the trailer either!

Edward P - 08/25/2021I needed these vents to get more air into my older Kingston trailer that has a small tack room, although there is a window that opens on front it does not allow enough air into horses because of the petition, so I installed two of the vents from etrailor and now I have great air flow to my horses. I would recommend when a person orders the vents that they have nuts and bolts sent at the same time, I used stainless steel but that entailed a trip to the hardware store. These vent came well packaged and in a timely manor, well made and should last a long time. Thank you! Jim H

Overall a good vent however it should come with hardware and also the inside garnish because without it air can’t flow smoothly when installed on the walls of a trailer
Love this vent! It was fairly easy to install, and works great. It was installed in the tack room/dressing area of a 2 horse trailer. The tack room was like an oven with no fresh air and this vent has completely alleviated that problem. The website was easy to use, the product was reasonably priced, and the product arrived timely. We have no complaints, and recommend etrailer.com to everyone!
Steve S - 06/11/2018My originals vents were rusted and became inoperable. I ordered 4 new ones. A perfect fit over the existing holes, had to purchase sealant from Lowes, installed in an hour. One year later, no leaks, open and close smoothly...and they are still shiny as the day I bought them.
Exactly what I was looking for to replace the old rusty ones on my horse trailer.
Not my first order from etrailer and definitely not my last. My only complaint would be in the packing of small or fragile items loosely in a box with heavier items. One of the trailer light mounts was broken when it got here. No other issues though.

Haven't installed yet. Will be adding to my 5x8 RV trailer. I just spent 4 nights camping in rainy weather and found I need better ventilation than just side windows. This looks like a good add on for me when paired with a vent fan. Conveniently bought a Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent with 12v Fan at the same time as this pop-up vent. Will install the pop-up vent in the rear wall of the trailer and the Roof vent at the front. These two items together should keep the trailer ventilated for both Air Conditioning and Electric Heating without allowing excess moisture or rain through the windows. Only gave 4 stars because I haven't yet installed these items.
Awesome vent unit. Installation was straight forward, and a foam gasket is included. This is the same type of vent used on USPS, FedEx, and UPS delivery trucks. I painted mine white to match the 99 E250 I put it in. I installed this to give my single rear seat some extra airflow. For installation, I traced the inner diameter of the gasket, and marked each of the 12 mounting holes. I drilled a single 1/2" hole to insert a pneumatic body saw into and cut along the line I traced. Then I drilled the holes. I chose to use nut-serts as my fastener. I drilled the mounting holes on the vent bigger, and inserted the rivet-like 10-24 nutserts. Then I added some silicone to both sides of the gasket and bolted it in. I filled that up with a bead of elastomeric caulking on the outside. I haven't felt the airflow yet, but it should be sufficient with the pop-out windows on the doors. Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase.
I ordered this product to use as a vent in my horse trailer tack room to vent out a generator exhaust. This generator is plugged into my truck camper so I can have AC when not plugged in to electric. I have show dogs that travel with me. I have used this type of vent before, and they work well, but this is the first time I have ordered from etrailer. What a superb company to do business with. The order was instrumented immediately, and sent ahead of schedule and arrived before the delivery date!! I will order from etrailer again when needed. I will send a photo when the vents are mounted. Well built , will work fine ... ... with gas and propane in pickup topper for generator , this will work great for ventilation . Positions are great and the weather stripping around lid ,will seal great when closed ....rain OR snow ... all around great and well put together ... ... as usual etrailer has 1st class items , great prices and fast shipping ...
Received trailer roof vent promptly from etrailer. Took to trailer service business for professional to do replacement of roof vent. Technician said the screw holes aligned perfectly making the job quick and easy. The aluminum roof vent looks like the original on my Featherlite horse trailer so I am very pleased.

My husband installed them. They are great for summer for the horses to help stay cool. My only issue is since they are new they are very stiff to operate. Im a little lady of 5'4" and its a little hard for me to open and close them. My issue not the products lol.
Vickie W - 04/11/2018I bought these vents to put in the topper of my truck to get some airflow for our dogs. We travel with them from Iowa to southern Missouri and in the summer it gets far too hot in the bed of the truck to travel for long, making the 8 hour trip take much longer. I sat in the back with our dogs to test out the airflow while my wife drove us around... Wow is the airflow good! These vents look good, function well, are easy to install, and they do exactly what I wanted them to. Very satisfied with these vents.
I haven't installed this product yet. Quality of vent is excellent. Installation looks to be simple and easy. Aluminum makes this vent light weight and heat reflective. Good qualities for a roof mount.
