Very well constructed, heavy duty hitch. I installed this on the back of my Arctic Fox 29-5T 5th wheel, in order to haul my generator on it. I had to add some 2" square steel stock as spacers to lower it enough to clear hard parts on the trailer. Only negative is the requirement for some odd sized, large drill bits.
Marc M - 09/12/2021I ordered a 66” adjustable hitch for the back of my Keystone fifth wheel. With fuel prices high, I want to pull another trailer for my side by side. It arrived in just two days. I had to weld it to my frame because of the way the back stabilizer jacks were but I think it will work great.
The high quality, flexibility of a universal part, adaptability and ease of fabrication as well as installation made this product very user friendly. Also, a BIG thank you to Danielle in customer service (ext. 79394) who researched and looked until she found just what I was looking for from the shelf. Nice work ! As you look below at Warhawk, take note that this is the Hot Rod the hitch will be attached to...for the long haul.
Installed the hitch in less than a day. I bolted it to the trailer frame. I have a rack on it for carrying a generator.
Judd A - 10/28/2021Curt's adjustable trailer hitch receiver worked as planned. I was looking for a hitch receiver that would be able to carry the 75 lb. weight of our double recumbent trike carrier. The camper bumper has a low weight rating and I wouldn't trust it to hold the carrier weight over the long term. I mounted the hitch assembly by both bolting it through the bottom of the camper frame and also welding side plates between the hitch assembly and camper frame. I also welded a plate between the receiver tongue and rear camper frame to minimize receiver flex. These additional plates should allow us to safely carry our two recumbent etrikes on the carrier if needed in an emergency. Total weight including carrier would be 175 – 200 lbs. Currently we carry the etrikes inside the camper on a custom rack.
Just received this for my 18' Travel Trailer and the build on this item is really strong and heavy. I have not installed it yet but it is straight forward and looks quite simple.
I would definitely recommend this to my friends.
Also shipping was extremely fast and i have been using etrailer for better than 10 years now as they never let me down.

Installed this on my 2019 Keystone Passport 2670BH for pulling a second trailer and it works perfectly. I did have to purchase a drawbar with a longer receiver so the trailer would clear the stock bumper on the camper. My campers bumper mounts wouldn't let me move the hitch further back and I didn't want to remove the stock bumper. Works great though. Very strong.
As is typical of Curt products, this is extremely well built. Very clean painted finish. It might be a little challenging to drill the 5/8 holes for the mounting brackets as the the tubing is quite thick. I did it on a milling machine- a good drill press will work also. Otherwise, take your time and use a series of small drills to step up to the 5/8" I actually used a 21/32 as that is what it appears Curt puts in the mating part. This was overkill for my application. I put it on a Keystone Fuzion 371 Toy hauler. I have a pit bike and two beach cruisers. The mounting plate on the hauler is not designed for the full load of this hitch, but my intent is just for the bike rack.
Fit perfectly and was as described. If you need to drill through your frame in order to mount it ... don't go cheap on the drill bits. Having a cheap oxide bit was my biggest frustration. I then purchased a quality bit and the job was super easy!

Great quality. Follow directions and you will have no problem installing. I would recommend setting aside 2+ hours to put this hitch on if you do it solo.

Product was what was expected. I have not used it yet, but expect it to work well.
One issue with it is in the instructions. It lists tools needed to install. It states an 11/16” socket & wrench are required. I did not own that size, so I purchased some before fully investigating size of bolts. What is actually needed is 1” socket & wrench. Big difference. So completion of installation was delayed until I could get the needed tools.
Excellent proactive customer service. I wish all my online purchase experiences were with etrailer.com as they have superior merchandise at reasonable prices and they follow that up with outstanding customer service. I'm elated how my hitch mounted on my camper.
Hitch is fine. Only issue is those are some gigantic holes to drill by hand. 4x 11/16" Dia, and 4x 9/16" Dia in 1/4" steel. Sheww!!! Glad I did not break my wrist when the bit grabs as it breaks thru the farside about 20+ times. Using brand new high quality bits is must! If I were 50 I would definitely pay someone to install.
this hitch fit perfect on the rear of my fifth wheel trailer and has pulled my swivel wheel trailer down the road with no problems.
