2021 Subaru Impreza
After purchasing a new car I needed a car roof rack quickly for my vacation. etrailer was terrific. I spoke with Linda and she helped me and made sure I received my Thule part quickly. I highly recommend etrailer. The roof rack feet will be installed next week.

Vague instructions prolonged the installation. Post threads were VERY difficult to install.

Works as expected. After ordering the part from Amazon and receiving the wrong one three times, I gave up on them and ordered from etrailer. The representative at etrailer assured me they would check the part before it shipped to make sure it was correct. Sure enough, I received the right one - on the first try! Thanks for your help.
