Tie-down straps let you secure cargo to your vehicle's roof rack. Each durable strap has a cam buckle that holds the strap tight. And rubber buckle guards prevent scratches on your gear. Includes sewn-in strap keepers. 496 lbs Max load.

Note: Tie-down straps must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The weight of the secured cargo must not exceed the combined WLL of the straps being used. For example, if you are using straps with a WLL of 500 lbs each to tie down a load weighing 1,000 lbs, then you need at least 2 straps to safely secure that load.

After fitting and rigging, I did cut the straps to the length I needed and heated the ends to prevent fraying. Worked like a charm - already in use! Especially love the buckle protectors, this was a huge factor in considering my purchase. Would love to have a 1.5" wide version this :)
I"m always worried about metal strap buckles scratching my paint, breaking a window, or denting my car. The protective rubber covering on the buckle prevents all that!
Rhino-Rack products are top quality (as is trainer, of course) and these cinch straps are most useful. The design of rubber cushioning around the cam buckle is superior to other - less secure - methods of protecting the buckle. I use two of these straps to secure our canoe to the top of our Outback, and also two more as bow and stern tie downs. Top of the line ...

Continue working as a great aid. Really top quality stuff! Makes carrying our canoe a cinch....
These are fantastic. They hold cargo super tight and are durable. The rubber heads protect from scratches. I've used them to hold down surfboards and soccer tents and they work on both, without damaging the boards.
Highly recommended.

Still awesome.
Six of these are used to strap on two 13.5' tandem kayaks to the roof rack of a Chrysler Pacifica. Travel is in central PA and to Outer Banks, NC. Weekly use. Well worth the money!!!
Haven't had a chance to use them yet but they look very sturdy with protective coverings on the buckles. That is nice.
Metal is coated to prevent rooftop scratches, easy to operate, long $ strong. Was a good choose for my use.
Excellent straps. I use them for cinching down a kayak on top of my Rhino-Rack cross bars. Straps are well made, stay cinched, and are easy to uncinch.
Good quality, easy to use.
So far, so good.
Just what I needed to tie down kayak and rubberized cam doesn’t scratch my car roof, will get another pair...excellent product
My first two sets work so great that I ordered another for more cargo that I'll be carrying.
Order process was smooth and excellent customer service. Items arrived as promised in perfect condition. Thank you!!
Super!

I like buying things that do what they “say” they will do. My Rhino Straps are still doing what they are supposed to do, and I am probably using them a bit our of spec. They are holding down two jerry cans on the tire mount on the back of my jeep. They are there 24/7, 365 for over a year now. Always exposed to the weather, especially the Florida summer rains and beating sun. They really haven’t faded. But more importantly, they have never failed to secure - or release - as need. They have worked perfectly with the jeep sliding around during our Florida off-road adventures and hung in there driving across country to Moab, Utah, where we bounce up and down the amazing Arches National Park. All the while keeping the filled, 5 gallon 35 pound loads secured in place. They work.… and they look cool, too! Thanks for making a great, reliable product.
