Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the BulletProof Hitches one and a half inch diameter Channel Shackle for Trailer Safety Chains. This is for a quantity of two. Now, these will provide a connection point for your safety chains, one chain per shackle. Basically, these will attach to the channel that's on your BulletProof Hitches Adjustable Ball Mount, and eliminates the need for any chain extenders.
Few specs, again, it is for a quantity of two shackles, comes with the two pins. The pin dimension itself is five eighths of an inch. Now, the overall length of this shackle from this end to this end, if we put a ruler on it, you can see it's gonna be right at about three and a half inches. The inside diameter of the shackle right here, the inside opening, one and a half inches, and the weight capacity on these is 6500 pounds. But again, when you go to install them, you can just put that through there, and then you just go ahead and twist them and tighten it down.
Very simple installation. But that should do it for the review on the BulletProof Hitches one and a half inch diameter Channel Shackle for Trailer Safety Chains.

Exactly what I wanted. They work perfectly for a hook up to the truck hitch for our safety chains on our camper.
Impressed, very good quality...purchased item to utilize with tow-strap (also purchased) with loop ends...only regret, purchased just one instead of two.
Exactly what I needed to hook my trailer chains to my truck.
