I bought tow mirrors a year ago from etrailer.com and I couldn't ask for more they have held up very well and am pleased to recommend them.
From purchase to product installation And fit, this product and company is top notch. Great communication throughout and Customer Service is amazing as well.
Please note: you DO NOT have to remove door panels to install the manual mirror on the 2500 HD. Pull the top corners of the door panel and remove the small push screw in the upper trim cover on both sides. Pull the upper trim piece off and install the new mirror. Be sure to lip the trim as you go during reinstallation of the trim...then press into place and snap the top corners of the door panel in. This procedure will take about 15 minutes.

These are high quality mirrors. They look like OEM and don't vibrate. I don't have the big blind spots of the standard mirrors now. Installation was easy after watching a video.
The only problem I had was installing them on my Duramax truck. The description says they won't work on Duramax models. I didn't listen so I won't deduct any stars. The etrailer salesman I called didn't know why they wouldn't work on Duramax but I found out its the air temperature sensor. Duramax trucks have the sensor on the bottom of the passenger mirror while gas trucks have sensors behind the grill. I just pulled the sensor out of my original mirror and put it inside the housing of the new mirror. I'm sure my thermometer isn't accurate anymore but I don't use it anyways. If you don't use the sensor you get a check engine light. I learned that the hard way.

The install was easy based on an Utube video showing detailed instruction on how to remove the door panels etc. Definitely recommend finding and watching the video to assure the door panel is removed correctly without damaging things. Like most everything... it's easy when you know how.
The only small hitch, my mirrors required drilling a fourth hole in the door to install them, even though the etrailer specs state that no drilling is required. Part number KS62137-38G. I must have missed that if other reviews previously commented on that. Based on the fourth threaded stud, you'll need another large washer and nut as they are not provided with the mirrors. You'll also need a 3/8 drill bit.
Drilling the hole was very easy, there is an extra gusset / piece of sheet metal, welded to the door panel with a hole in the correct location. You just use that hole to locate the drill when drilling thru the main door panel. Trust me, it'll make sense when you see it. Adding the extra hole only adds a few minutes to the install process. It took me 90 mins for the first side, and 30 mins for the second, but I'm slow and take my time. Most of that time was fussing with putting the door panel back on. It really is easy though.

This is a quality product these tow mirrors are holding up great after 1 year. Installation was straight forward with the video installation instructions and the correct tools. The only thing to remember is to remove the top window seal from the panel and reinstall it 1st.
These trailer mirrors should be required by law on every '14-'19 Silverado or Sierra 1500 classic that came originally equipped with standard mirrors. No more triple checking that "B" pillar blind spot that hides a whole automobile next to the back door on drivers side. It's gone. You gain about 20 degrees of forward vision on each side of the "A" pillars, previously blocked by the standard mirror housings. No more hidden crosswalks and cross traffic. The slender support braces for the trailer mirrors allow a sight line behind the "A" pillars that was completely blocked before. I wish had I bought these a year and a half ago when the truck was new. A truck that was a chore to drive, is now fun, and I haven't even towed anything yet...
Really like the mirrors can see everything. They really make a difference when towing a boat etc. Easy installation. Great mirrors.
So far happy with fit, install and initial quality. Product install video was helpful. Looking forward to towing travel trailer with these as the weather improves into spring.

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE A TOOL TO ADJUST THE PASSENGER SIDE FROM THE DRIVERS SIDE. I HAVE A STICK THAT USE AND THAT SEEMS TO WORK.
just got my new tow mirrors. very good quality, I was going to wait until morning to install them but I could not stand it. It took me all of 15 min. to do the first one and about 10 min. on the next . Going on a 900 mile round trip this week end . The quality of the glass and adjustability is great . thank you for another great product.

The mirrors are a good quality material, sturdy and there is no vibration. Video was helpful on how to remove the door panels for mirror installation. I'm very satisfied with the mirrors.
I purchased it for my son as a Christmas present and he loves it.
Great value and are super when towing my rv. They are finger aligned , so my wife has to adjust her side because she slams the door so hard.
