These towing mirrors are designed to seamlessly fit the contours of your factory side-view mirrors. Each one includes felt padding inside the housing that protects the factory mirror body from scratches and scuffs. Installation is a snap - just slide the towing mirror over your OEM mirror and insert the provided arm and hand knob through the back of the mirror housing. Then hook the arm around the inside edge of your OEM mirror. Finally, tighten the hand knob to secure the towing mirror in place.

I had purchased Longview towing mirrors for my 2015 Silverado that I just sold. Had great success with those mirrors (7 years). Bought these because of the longevity and ease of use with the prior purchase. I expect the same from these.
These Longview mirrors are very east to install on my 2020 Silverado. Driving down the highway, there is very little vibration. My extended view is great and will aid me when pulling my camper trailer. My only concern is the nylon(?) hook and knob that secures the mirror in place. This seems to be the weakest link. I would have preferred it be vinyl coated metal to make it less likely to break. This is the reason for the 4 stars.
The product was as described and fit on my mirrors perfectly.
Product was shipped in its origin item box which is not built for commercial shipping purposes. Box arrived to my home via UPS very damaged (though I don't actually know if UPS damaged the item box or if the mirrors were shipped in a damaged box by etrailer warehouse).
One star deducted due to this shipping oversight.
Luckily the mirror assemblies were not damaged in any way despite only light packing paper being used to wrap the mirrors in the box.
Trailer Mirrors for my 22Chev. Silverado pick up Truck fit on easy installation.,The cut outs were great for my camera on the mirrors of the truck not to interfere with turning. This is just what I was looking for.
I searched a number of sources for add-on towing members but found the Longview Custom Towing Mirrors through eTrailer. I used them for the first time two days ago and couldn't be more pleased. They fit super well with appropriate buffer strips to protect my truck mirrors from any scratches or wear spots. They mount securely to maintain the rear view needed to safely tow and park my travel trailer. I highly recommend this product and am pleased with the timely and efficient way eTrailer handled my order.

Working out well… but the weakest aspect of the mirrors are the plastic hook mechanism that holds the mirrors in place. They’ve worked fine so far… but they are definitely the weakest link of this product. Should this locking mechanism fail, the mirror is totally useless. If you happen to lose part of the locking mechanism, the mirror is totally useless. I ordered extra sets in case of loss or failure. AT A MINIMUM… I strongly recommend the product includes A SPARE locking mechanism.
I purchased these to use with my new 2023 Chevy 1500 to tow my new to me 2021 Keystone Outback. These custom fit mirrors fit perfectly. I installed them on my truck and they look very nice. With the tow mirrors installed I used the trucks option to fold the mirrors back and there was no interference between the tow mirrors and the front side windows or interference with the door skins on either side.

My previous review stands and I continue to be VERY pleased with this purchase.
I purchased a set of these mirrors from etrailer for my previous Silverado. They fit great and did the job. I bought a new Silverado and of course ordered another set. (New model doesn’t fit the old one??) They came quick and fit perfectly. Great product and great service from etrailer.

Works as promised. Very fast delivery, actually arrived two days early. Very easy installation and set up. Clear instructions and links to a video to show you how to install. Also, it fit over my mirrors w/o blocking the factory cameras that are on the underside of my mirrors!! Very pleased.
The mirrors were extremely easy and the fit is perfect. These look almost like a factory option installation. All lamp and cameras are exposed and not blocked. The individual mirrors are easily adjustable. Great product! Very pleased.
Just purchased these towing mirrors for our 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4...fit was perfect and no vibration while towing. They work perfectly!

Working great! Fit is perfect and once locked in place they do not vibrate or move at all. Makes seeing down the side of my trailer much easier. Very good purchase.
These mirrors work great! I can store these mirrors and place them back on the truck and not need to adjust them. The mirrors also work with the automated mirror folding feature on my 2022 Silverado LTZ. The cameras and lights on the mirrors work the same with these mirrors. I pull a 27 foot travel trailer that's eight wide. I've driven through strong winds and rain with no problems. If you have an awning on your RV, the vertical awning support arm extends a few inches beyond the eight foot width of the trailer.
Easy to install. Read reviews on them being shaky. I put 1 inch strips of gorilla rubber tape on inside top/bottom, these dont move. They work great for giving me the extra view along side of my trailer. Their not my primary view, but excellent secondary view…

The mirror extension get a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, the box was crushed in shipping causing several scratches on both mirrors. Besides the scratches, the mirror extension look and operate great.
they look great on truck. they don’t stick out too far and are not difficult to install. The mirror seems pretty sturdy and you can adjust it easily. i have not yet towed with it but i do plan on towing an enclosed trailer soon.The only downside i would
have to say is the plastic threads on the hook and screw to secure it to your mirror. besides that this is a great item to have for someone that doesn’t plan on towing a lot and doesn’t want to fork out over $600 for
OEM tow mirrors. plus i drive the 2.7 silverado so for me i'm not towing anything on a regular basic to need expensive tow mirrors.
They were delivered expeditiously, went right on as per the instructions and they are fully adjustable so I can now see both sides of the trailer when straight. It is a 8.5 foot wide enclosed car trailer. All good here.

Product was excellent for my needs. Easy install and removal when not needed.
Great when pulling a wide enclosed trailer.
not possible to bend the plastic enough to engage the threads without first starting them and then forcing the clip onto the mirror, then can only get about 3 threads to engage which I thing will strip out later. Maybe the plastic will mold somewhat over time with the sun and make it easier to engage. I am buying an extra set of the clamps just in case

working better that I thought. 1 of the plastic bolts broke after only 2 uses but they replaced, and they work just fine, better visibility than the stock 2500 mirrors actually

Box arrived open and damaged but product was okay. Installation has them secure to the truck as it does not buffer in the wind. However if you go to close the mirrors it does hit the paint.
Mirrors fit perfect, easy to install, and stay tight. Get no vibration shake with them at all. Pretty much met all my expectations.
These mirrors helped tremendously when towing my Micro Minnie travel trailer versus stock mirrors on my GMC SIERRA 1500. The extended mirrors enabled to better determine when it was safe to move back into my lane after passing a vehicle and allowed me to see better the vehicles behind trailer. Although there was an occasional slight vibration in the passenger side mirror, it did not disrupt the usability of the mirrors. The towing mirrors took only a minute or two to install and fit perfectly on the stock mirrors. Adjusting them properly takes a little more time and is easier when a second person helps. I am extremely pleased with this purchase!
