Driver's-side and passenger's-side electric trailer brake assemblies measure 10" x 2-1/4" and fit 4,400-lb axles. Mounting flanges have 4-bolt pattern. Nev-R-Adjust brakes require little maintenance. Fit 14" to 15" wheels.

I ordered 2 sets of 10" 2 1/4 electric shoes / self adjusting for my Jayco eagle. Received them about 5 days after i ordered them. have installed all but 1 on rear axle. They were very easy to install and wire. tested them today while burnishing them going to another park so far they work well. hope to finish the last on soon. I did replace all bearings and seals on each wheel as i was changing them out.

Pam was great to work with. Ordered on Friday night they arrived on Tuesday. This may not be the cheapest way to do a break job, but it is the easiest. I went to the dexter dealer near home, they could order them, but it would be at least 4 weeks to get them, if they were in stock at the warehouse.

- Electric Brakes That can be Used With a 4,000 lb AxleIf you were using the search filters and only came up with the lowest axle rating of 5,200 lbs that probably means your drum or wheels are too big for the assemblies that we carry. For any of our assemblies you would need to have a 4-bolt flange mounting pattern, drum size of 10" diameter x 2-1/4" wide and wheel sizes from 13" to 15". If so, you would be able to use electric brake assemblies for a 4,400 lb axle such as the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit # K23-478-479....
