Jeff Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this ramp gate seal kit for the enclosed trailer ramps. Now this kit will protect the inside of your enclosed trailer using this hollow half round seal ramp gate kit. Helps keep water and debris from entering your enclosed trailer. And this kit will include everything I have laid out here on the table.
Starts with a 35 foot long hollow half round double tab seal with the 3M adhesive strip. The ramp gate coroner seals, a plastic scraper tool, tube of Loctite and a nice detailed instruction sheet that'll describe how to install this. Now this kit will provide this perimeter seal and the corner blocks found on many toy haulers and car trailers. And the corner blocks are basically cut out of this large block of sponge rubber. I wanna zoom in and show you the seal we're talking about, this perimeter seal.
If you look real close at the cutaway here you can see it is a double tab. You can see the two tabs at the top. This double tabbed rubber seal is highly wear and weather resistant. It is constructed of an EPDM sponge rubber. So it will not shrink, crack, or fade over time.
And it is resistant to UV and ozone exposure. You can see on the very bottom there's the 3M tape that you just peel off the backing portion and then apply it. The seal dimension, the width on it is 3/4 of an inch. And the overall height up all the way to the top of the two tabs is 11/16 of an inch. These parts are made in the USA.
But that should do it for the review on the ramp gate seal kit for the enclosed trailer ramps..

We converted our construction tool trailer into a camper now that we have retired and after 17 years on the job the ramp door seal needed to be replaced. This product kit had everything and the product the new seal material was better than the one installed new on this cargo trailer and we bought one of the higher-end trailers to start with. With a lot of life left in this well built trailer we decided to do this conversion and this seal kit completed the job and we are now ready for the adventures ahead.
Nice tight seal around the door. Adhesive was strong.
Love Love Love this replacement seal!!
Was thinking this project would take several hours but with the help of my son we had it all done in less than an hour. Good seal kit and easy to install. Hard to see in the one photo of my old seal but it was pretty well flattened and I'm sure not doing the job of keeping water out.
It was pretty easy to install. The custom trim-to-fit has worked really well.
Seal was a great fit and we had a driving rain yesterday and not one drop of water got through. I am very pleased with the quality of the seal and the fast delivery. Very good value for the price.
This kit is perfect for a toyhauler ram p.
