Today we'll be reviewing part number CE17960ATB. This is the CE Smith Single Axle Trailer Fender, with aluminum tread plate design. This is designed for thirteen inch wheels. This part number includes one fender. The round fender's going to cover one tire on your single axle trailer. It's also going to act as a splash guard to keep road debris from hitting other vehicles and also to help protect your trailer's cargo.
It does feature a nice curved edge on each side of the fender, which is also going to help trap in that material and that road debris. The diamond tread plate design provides a stylish look and a non-slip surface. It's made from a sturdy lightweight, fourteen gauge construction that is designed to help resist corrosion. Now this is a bolt on installation. The mounting brackets for the bolt on install are sold separately. You can find those using part number CE26098G-2.
Let's go over a few measurements. The overall length is going to measure twenty eight inches. Overall height is going to be sixteen inches and the overall width of our fender is going to measure right at nine inches. The fender itself weighs about four pounds, so it's a very lightweight, durable fender. That's going to do it for our review of part number CE17960ATB.

It bolts to your trailer and fits 13" wheels.I (somehow) own 5 trailers from utiltiy to boat to jet ski. I trick all of them out from stock, and have purchased all but one used. Each gets all new parts from the frame up, and always from etrailer. You guys are awesome! Great customer service, and always super fast shipping. Never had anything lost, damaged or shipped wrong.
My only issue is that one edge should have a 90 degree bend to allow more surface to bolt to my trailer side.
Nice looking fender. We powder coated ours satin black and mounted them to our custom Ruck trailer. They look awesome. As always great products and customer service from etrailer !!
These fenders worked great for 14" tires, they hugged them real well to give them a slammed look on a teardrop trailer.

I installed them on my boat trailer and they worked very well. The diamond pattern helped to provide a stable surface for wet and dry feet. The fenders look good and are made very solid.
Better than I expected...really! Theses diamond plate fenders are shiny, thick and strong and the mounting brackets are over the top! Huge! You could step on top of these fenders and never worry about hurting them...unless your over 300 lbs. Fast delivery and great communication.

great price, nice fenders, but u will have to put your own back plate for splashing, and make your own mounting brackets if building a homemade trailer like I did.
The fenders are first class that’s why I used eftailer
one edge of the rolled fender side is wavy on both fenders I purchased so I simply mounted that side in.

Much better than I expected. I installed these fenders on a Harbor Freight trailer in a box I call it. I simply pop riveted a half circle 18 gauge aluminum tread plate to the inside edge of the fender and bolted them directly to the frame. Surprisingly strong when put together this way.
Very nice fender gonna try to get this fitted and mounted on my motorcycle soon...but just sitting it in place it doesn't look bad
I received the fenders quicker than I expected and we're exactly what I had hoped for. They were for an old boat trailer that I purchased to rebuild They fit perfectly as measured and made my rebuild much easier.

Pricey for what they are... really gouging those brackets. But they are what they are, and when you pretty much corner a market you can set the price.

Still as perfect as when originally installed. Trailer does not get much use and stays undercover when not. Did exactly what I wanted!
