  For an aluminum ball mount you will want the Brophy Ball Mount item # EA20. It has a comparable 1" rise, 2" drop, a longer 14" extension, and a 8,000 lbs capacity.   I have something similar, but nothing exactly like you want since our stainless steel options are a bit limited. Instead you'd want the Brophy ball mount part # EA20 which is 9-3/4 inches from pin hole to ball hole, has 2 inches of drop and is aluminum which is corrosion resistant like stainless steel.   The ball mount part # EA20 is 9-3/4 inches from pin hole to ball hole like you mentioned. We do have taller hitch balls like the part # C40033 which has an inch of rise built into the ball that would put you at 1 inch drop which is very close to the 1-1/2 inch drop that you need. It should be about perfect since the tongue weight of your trailer will most likely cause the suspension to sag slightly.
