This was such an awesome experience!!! My husband and I stumbled across etrailer.com when we searched onlline on how to install a hitch. We then purchased all the materials needed directly from the website. Neither of us know a whole lot about cars but were able to easily install the hitch and wiring by watching the video and the paper instructions sent with the products. The part of this experience I am MOST impressed by is when I got a call shortly after placing my online order to let me know that what I had originally purchased was not compatible with each other. She then continued to efficiently and successfully modify my order to all the right products needed and I didn’t have to do a thing! If that’s not great customer service then I don’t know what is!!! Without that phone call, I would have received incompatible products and been in a real pickle due to time constraints. THANK YOU SO MUCH ETRAILER! You guys rock! Because of you, I now have so much more confidence in doing self-maintenance on my car.
Very impressive. I needed just this drawbar's length and rise, and it seems to me to be a Class II instead of Class I. My old (too short) drawbar (also from Curt) had a tubular body and I was impressed that this one is of solid barstock. My gross trailer weight is less than 400 lbs, so this drawbar might be considered overkill--if indeed there is such a thing in trailer-world. My receiver is also made by Curt. Overall, I'm very happy with Curt's stuff. For what it's worth, I also slammed on a Hitch-Vise from Hitch Rider to keep the rattle of such a long drawbar down. It was worth the $$. I think eTrailer should add the Hitch-Vise to their line of already neat stuff.
High quality products!
“NOAH E” helped me selecting the right set up! Great customer service highly recommended!!
Everything I've ever ordered from ETrailer been of the highest quality, the highest in customer service and shipping etc. keep up the good work!
Bought for '13 wrx for kayak trailer. Solid build. Quality from Curt and etrailer.
This was great. I have a Sienna with low height. THis was perfect to raise the height to a useable level for my trailer. I am very pleased. And delivery time was perfect!
Great fit and good rise. It puts my trailer at the right height. It looks to be well made and has a good finish.
Recieved ahead of schedule, installed as the video showed.
Just as I expected.
Thank you
JW

I wrote 2 days ago and haen't heardafom anyone so I guess you only want reviews-. Here is what I wrote
Steve, the class 1 hitch doesn’t fit the trailer hitch either. I don’t understand the continuing problem with all of the Curt hitches we have tried including the last draw hitch you selected and shipped, which I now need to return after H. Idalia passes, I want to point out that I initiially ordered somewhere on line a Maxxhaul adapter so I could move my 2” trailer until I sell it and it fit perfectly. I NEVER expected to have so much trouble getting a ball hitch to fit the 1.25 hitch recommended by etrailer for my car. Aren’t you glad I am writing an email rather than make star comments? I know that someone writes these things for ‘you’ and you don’t necessarily do the hands on so please direct this problem to someone who is supposed to make these product directives and solve this $[XX] attractive trailer hitch problem so I can haul my lawnmower in for repairs when needed on my utility trailer designed for doing so. Doesn’t Drawtite have a ball hitch for level hauling a trailer rather than Curt which is too thick. The powers that be need to rethink OD (outside diameters) vs ID (inside diameters) in their trailer connectors, screw the rattling! PS don’t forget arrangements for the return of the recommended draw hitch.
The drawbar being hollow in the male end seemed to be too large in diameter to fit the female receiver on my car's fairly new hitch. I had to hammer the drawbar into the hitch. I doubt i will ever be able to remove this drawbar without destroying what it was hammered into. While drawbars with solid male ends easily slid in and out of my car's hitch. I'm not pleased.
3.5 stars. Product looks like it should perform as advertised, but it arrived with several chips in the paint. This is most likely due to improper surface preparation and cleaning before the powder coat was applied. As you can see in the photos, there is already some surface rust on some of the areas, including the hole for the hitch pin. Ultimately the paint will get scratched up from use, but it would be nice to see some extra attention to detail from the factory.
