Looks much cleaner than conventional ball mount with bolt on ball. Note It is fairly long, compared to the shortest available conventional ball mount.
I just received this hitch and am immediately impressed. It is very sleek and well made. My trailer and vehicle look great with it - much less bulky than traditional hitch ball assembly. A nice feature is clear labeling with ball size on top of ball. Looks like it will hold up but I have not used to tow yet.

A very nice euro ball mount, nicely painted and quite hard. I returned it because the C45571 fit my Nissan Rogue Select better (better height and didn't stick out as far.
My motercycle trike is manufactured in Germany so the tow ball is a fitting addition to my trike.
This is an excellent Ball. Solid construction. I haven't used it a lot, so I don't know about longevity. It works perfectly for pulling my small jon boat.
The only draw bar that works with a 2005 Pontiac sunfire.

Great product. Fit and finish is excellent.
I've mounted the Curt 1 1/4" hitch to my 2007 Mazdaspeed3.
Taking the rear bumper off, which only took 30 minutes (maybe a few minutes more than that) made it very easy to attach the Curt hitch to the car.
I wanted to compliment the Mazdaspeed3's overall appearance, so, I decided to go with the Curt euro ball mount 11 3/4" .
Very pleased with the outcome.

This worked out to be the perfect ball and mount for my purpose- occasionally having to use my car to tow my utility trailer. I got this and the DrawTite receiver hitch for my '99 Monte Carlo and everything went together in less time than the estimated time that had been shown. Very happy with both purchases!

Heavy duty! I was a little bummed when I found out how much more difficult it was to find a half inch pin for this, but no matter. It is a tad loose inside the hitch, so there's a little rattle, but I doubt it's as noticable as I make it seem. Super classy and a welcome change from the typical draw bar style. Goes great with my Volvo V70 T5. Thanks etrailer.com!

Great Product! After installing a Curt (C11184) Hitch on my '08 BMW 135i convertible, I needed a drawbar and ball. I really liked the elegant design and one piece simplicity that this one has. It is very sturdy and the dimension measurements were accurate. The whole reason I got it was to trailer my new (old) wood boat home from the barn I found it in. Once the hitch was on and the (56146KIT) Wiring kit was installed. This drawbar slid right in. Thanks to the accurate measurements the trailer sat at the perfect height the first time.

Love this hitch. It looks and fits my Optima perfectly. I was really pleased to find a modern looking hitch to fit on my car. Very strong, solid construction. Love this item. Installed on a 2016 Hyundai Sonata, vehicle sits low so the rise on this was perfect. Installed with the Curt wiring harness #C56247 and the Drawtite Sportframe receiver #24940. Works excellent together.
